Heritage Court Birmingham

Heritage Court Birmingham. Absolutely useless, I live on the 4th floor and have tumors in my spinal cord there has been a problem with the lift for 2 weeks when they come out they say its ok, they came out on Tuesday and switched the lift off saying it was a two man job and would be back on friday, but didn't turn up now they are saying Sunday might have something to do with it being double time for their Engineers, in the mean time I'm stuck in my flat. TOP JOB KONE
