Would not use them again!
Would not use them again. Owe me for parcel & shipping costs due to having to ship my own return and non responsive to my emails, and despite me stating I needed to return the product for financial hardship, I repeated requests for the items to be returned they refused and demanded payment rather than me being able to return the clubs, this continued incurring monthly fees which was there failing - bringing in debt collectors is the lowest of low. Not allowing customers to cancel is a disgrace, even more so refusing to provide them with shipping.

We strive to be as fair and transparent with all of our fees, as well as cancellation processes (all of these can be found under our FAQ's and terms of service on the website).
Our team had made multiple attempts to contact you regarding your overdue subscription fees via both email and phone. As with all of our subscriptions we provide return postage once your account is settled. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, making it difficult to resolve the issue and provide you with the postage label.
As a small business any unpaid fee's seriously impact our day to day operations and so using a third party service is the absolute last resort for us, as stated in our communications with you. However, it is unfortunately necessary from time to time to ensure we can continue operating.
