I purchased a bracelet from Kompsos as a birthday gift. Not only was the purchasing simple, but the delivery was quick and the bracelet is beautiful and was perfect 🤩 would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I bought a Silver Bracelet with blue beads code SS-11B and on the whole am pleased with the product. However it has uncoupled twice in the month or so that I have owned it. Fortunately the bracelet has fallen off my wrist indoors on both occasions and has not been lost. I contacted the company and made them aware of this hoping that they would review the bracelet to see if it was faulty in any way. I respectively pointed out that if the bracelet was doing this the clasp was either faulty in design or manufacturing tolerances. I was told that the bracelet was designed to be worn tight. I had swopped a tight size one for the next size larger as I found the smaller one uncomfortable. They did incidentally not charge postage on the exchange which was good of them. When I pointed out that there is no indication that it should be worn tight or a warning that if not done so it may uncouple and potentially be lost I was told that they did not accept any responsibility outside the 14 day returns policy.
I find myself unable to wear the bracelet until I get a jeweller to make safe the clasp arrangement.
I have found the response from the company rather disappointing and will be very careful before I make any further purchases which is not good as I think their products are stylish and reasonably priced.

Update to this review - Since posting the above review I have been contacted by the Company co-founder who has offered to provide a refund, exchange the bracelet for an alternative model or pay for an adaptation the the clasp. I am in the process of investigating if a jeweller can alter the clasp for me and will at that point decide which solution to adopt. My initial Star Score was 2 but on the basis that the company are trying to resolve the issue now, I have raised the rating to 3 Stars.

I have to say there was a lot of trouble with the shipment of my product.. but Kompsos was very timely and helpful and resolved the issue for me, re-shipping the product for free. It looks great and I will definitely shop more with Kompsos!
