I ordered an RTX 3080 Ti graphics card, but due to an inadequate power supply, I was unable to use the card at that time. The seller reacted quickly and correctly and allowed me to exchange it for an RTX 3060 (3-fan version) without any complications. The process was carried out very professionally, and the price difference was refunded to me immediately and without any complications.
The RTX 3060 turned out to be a reliable, cool and quiet card, which served as an excellent transitional solution. I was very satisfied with the experience, especially due to the quick response and correct attitude of the seller.

I was in the process of building a new PC and needed help with finding and ordering the right parts for it. I came to Komponentko after work and they've done an amazing job with, not only recommending the best parts, but highlighting best ones on a price/performance ratio, while keeping in mind my own vision of the full build. Patrik and staff have been super knowledgable and informative, answering all the questions I had.

They ordered all the parts on my behalf, and within a week I was able to build the whole thing myself without any problems. They even gave me an RGB 24pin cable that they thought would fit into my build better. The PC came out looking amazing and performing as expected.

All in all, my experience has been nothing short of amazing with them, despite some not-so-stellar reviews I've seen. I'd highly recommend them as your next PC build/hardware destination.
