I made a purchase from komplett.se and Komplett bank are the ones handling the invoicing for komplett. The cost of the products were roughly 1300Eur. I missed to pay the invoice in time ( a couple of days after ) because I though I had already paid it but then found the invoice laying around. The day after I had paid it i received another invoice with a reminder fee. I disregarded that invoice since I had already paid the first one. After that I received another invoice again with a reminders fee on top of the other unpaid reminders fee. They were also threatening me that they would forward it to the debt collection services. And all because they were missing only the first reminder fee on 12Eur. Nobody E-mailed me, called me or got back to me in any way from Komplettbank regarding this. I paid the reminders fees to get them out of my hair but after another eight days they still sent information that they had forwarded the errand to debt collection. I sent them an E-mail disputing the invoice and told them it was already paid in full. They then came back to me with an E-mail saying that their financial department had not received the payment. I logged in to my bank and took a dumpscreen on the payment and sent that back to them and told them they could think about it for a while.
After more than a week later I received an answer in an E-mail that my debt was paid in full and that they found the transaction.

I will try to make sure to never have anything to do with this unserious useless company again. They are extremely unprofessional and treat customers as criminals. I will never shop again from komplett.se until they change banking relations either. I hope Komplettbank goes bankrupt.

This bank is the worst. If you have a loan from them, they will start raising their own margin 1% every two months. From 2022 December to 2023 May, their margin will raise total of 3% and in addition you will have the euribor raise. Just got another message from them that they are again raising margins by 1% on May 2023.

When I started a loan with this bank a year ago 2022, my total interest was around 9%. Coming of May 2023, my interest will be way above 12% (don't know how much the Euribor will change, add that to the top).

Wouldn't recommend this low morale "bank" to anyone.

Customer service wont respond, you can call them many times, even waiting 15 min on line, no answer. Emailing them, they will respond in 2-3 weeks of time. Do not use this firm!
I dont recommend this even to my enemies.

I would NEVER EVER trust this bank again. I paid the whole loan and they still keeping sending bills to me. I want to warn everyone who considers this bank. You will never get rid of them!

If you even pay the %99 of your faktura the interest will still apply to the whole amount and you pay huge amounts of interest next month.
They send you misleading information. The invoices are calculated in a tricky way that it is not possible to understand how much debt you have left in total. This information is never transparently shared. You need to make your own calculations to finalize and get rid of this legalized scam!

This Bank is Scam, don't even think to take money from this (Bank)they change the interest when they won't, me i payed 1 year and efter 1 year it was the same amount of money+interest, i don't understand how they still working , how they still function these weird people!

Very dubious
The bank service does not work when you want to pay back the money you borrowed so you end up paying the interest.
Too low bonus points - was cut down to half after a few months into signing up.

Highly unstable and unsecure. Poor customer support and slow loading pages are a normal thing out here.

Look for another bank to save yourself

You are the worst bank ever existed on the planet!

First you can’t build a simple app that would do couple of things without an error. Login can’t remember personal number, scroll is lagging and functionality is limited.

Than you said that you offer some cash back like points and couple of month after made it impossible to get them.

Now you added a new “security” feature and again full of bugs!!! Now when you make a purchase I need to verify it with bank Id. But when I add my personal number and click ok it says “server error” and I can’t make a payment.

And with all that there is no customer support. Mailed you many times and never got response.

Never going to be your customer again.
