Please know that there is no more guarantee card needed with our products. The warranty will run with the order number saved in our system or with a receipt/ confirmation email.
As for the packaging, we're not sure what you mean by it not being good but if it's broken you can of course reach out to our team at support@komono.com and they'll send a new pouch case out to you.

Customer service was SO helpful and responded to my issue very quickly as well. They provided me with a really great solution that I was happy with. I love the brand not only for the stylish, comfortable eyewear, but also for their great customer service team. I was able to get my replacement sunglasses within a week of me contacting them AND it was international shipping.
