I bought the Kombucha SCOBY & Starter Liquid (3L). My kombucha started well and really that's all I needed it to do. I do my kombucha in a food grade 4L FerMonster PET Fermenter (see Brewmart) with a tap to make bottling easier. I have a duplicate pair so I can clean the primary fermentation setup between batches. I bottle into Coopers PET 700 mL Beer Bottles for the secondary ferment i.e. flavouring and carbonation. I cold clean the fermenter and bottles with a 'no rinse' sanitiser (StellarSan) based on phosphoric acid.

Quick click and collect. Products taste amazing and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

I went to pick up my order while in the area and called the contact number, no answer. A message came through to direct to another and no luck for them being at the factory, gave me another number and got through, yay. Picked up my order just before 5 and was given 2 complementary iced teas for our drive home, it was a hot day. Needless to say, brilliant service, we are a returning customer for the sparkling probiotic water, yum and refreshing.

The efficiency of delivery was impressive so we are now enjoying a mixed range of everything available..if we keep going at this rate, we will need to replenish before Christmas.

Very nice and helpfull service. I got the keffir drinks and they are really good. I also bought some dehydrated keffir and am still waiting to get something nice after the third water and sugar change. It's not too bad but could be more alive with bubbles.

Arrived quickly ( especially for a hot week) they all taste great and not too carbonated which I love!

Product is amazing! However when I ordered the 8L scoby I initially couldn't find the instructions for an 8L batch and was really annoying that they sent me the instructions for a 3L when I ordered for an 8L batch. It was only after I made it and was about to throw the box away I realised they left me a note on the packing slip for it. I really appreciate them doing this but please make it more obvious next time. Otherwise amazing x

Good communication by email. Local pick up is a good option, though a sign would have been helpful for finding the right door to go to (& signage in general for the building). Friendly & helpful staff.
