Scam?! - not a scam, but no communication

Ordered on the 3rd of March; would take 5 workdays accoding to their website. Emailed them on the 12th asking for an update on my order (no answer; despite an automatic reply stating they would answer within 48 hours). Have since calls them twice; both times “spoke” to a computer that said they would call me back (they haven’t). Their website gives no information about the order except that they received it (and also my money). Strongly suggest you to NOT order anything from here!! I am now very suspicious of it all; I believe it is a scam!

On 28.03 my order arrived; without any call / email from customer service. I am happy to have received my order; though customer service is very bad nonetheless. Zero communication possible it would seem…
