So stupid name for a service. They sent the wrong beer. They think all beers are the same. Will never ask for a beer again in here!

Ordered on Monday (holiday), delivered on Wednesday. Good selection of Belgian beers (although I'd like to see them sell PerfectDraft 6l kegs and belgian lagers like Jupiler 😊 ).

Too bad they didn't ship with PostNord (which I selected during ordering), as PostNord brings them up in the building, and their private carrier was too lazy (delivery to the curb). But after a few delicious beers, I don't mind this any longer 😄

5 stars for Kolbeer for the order processing and shipping. Very speedy.
2 stars for UPS, for a crappy service (they are the only ones I always have issues with).
Will order again at Kolbeer, but let me choose the parcel service 😉

Placed order on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered on Wednesday morning!

My order was processed very fast. The person handling the order contacted me personally to enquire about a content modification of my package.

Køl went out of their way to help me. When I noted an issue with their tax calculation, they were immediately apologetic—they stowed away my order in their warehouse and managed to get the issue fixed in a few days. I can’t recommend them enough. This is as close as you can get to a local beer store on the internet.

The choice of UPS (aka Oops, consider it gone) as a carrier is not satisfactory.
Their "tracking" is a joke, extremely south of the logistics industry standard.

I knew nothing of my shipment on its route from the sender. It changed to 'on its way' ( or whatever equivalent they use) on the initially predicted day of delivery, with about an hour left of the given delivery window of approx. 4 hours.

I was then given a delivery date two days later with a delivery window of 12:45-16:30.

It was delivered on that day, but shortly before 10, almost three hours outside of the window. A poor performance indeed.

Kolbeer would do well in considering another carrier.

I've been part of the adventurous dose for quite some months now and I haven't received the same beer twice yet. All their beers are of great quality and I get my package delivered punctually at the beginning of every month. Couldn't be happier.

Good service and fast shipping, had answers to my questions in a short time, my hope is that the shop will expand the range of quality beer.
