First time I ordered they sent it by mail which took two weeks. I liked product so I gave them another chance and ordered more. There was silence for twelve days until I reached out to them. The response was they had a festival and were sold out of some of the items. When I ordered it mine was in stock. Did they sell my items during their festival? I finally received my items 25 days after placing the order. I will not be purchasing from them again. I had made very large orders from temu at the same time and received them within a few days. I’ll stick with them.

I tried to use the foldable trapezoidal board die and it cuts out the whole center leaving a very thin strip that there is no die given to place in the center. Do not buy this very frustrating die.

The dies are durable and show no signs of wear and tear despite frequent use. They elevate my crafting projects. The shipping took a while, but I appreciate their unique designs.

Have had two issues with two different dies. The release holes were not punched through on one intricate die. Received a refund. The second die was a snowflake bundle and one of the dies was made backwards where all the bits just fell out. Advised seller in a review but review was never posted and no response to the issue. Otherwise the dies are very nice.

Kokorosa cutting dies have already become a staple in my crafting supplies. Clean and crisp cuts no matter the material I'm working with. The array of designs is impressive. I can always find the perfect die for my projects. Highly recommend the brand to all craft enthusiasts!

I was so afraid that this website was a scam, but I read enough positive reviews that I decided to take a chance on placing an order. I am so glad I did! I just received my first order today and the products are fantastic! Great quality and super cute designs. I placed my order about 2 weeks ago and was surprised to see it arrive so quickly after quite a few reviews said the shipping was really slow. The return address was New York, not overseas like I thought it would be. I will warn you...when I placed my order, my credit card flagged the transaction as fraudulent and I had to message them to allow me to use my credit card, but the charge to my card was the exact amount of my order and there have been no other strange charges. All in all, this was a great shopping experience and I can't wait to place my next order!

I tried to call the customer service number to find out when my order would come and was told I had the wrong number. I called 1-646-409-4817 like their website says. Joyce

I left a negative review but, since receiving my order, I’m revising it from 1 star to 4 stars. Obviously, they have some darling dies which you won’t find anywhere else. And, although they do come from China, the quality is second to none. Not like some of those dies you get from other apps that ship from China. They cut through heavy Card stick with absolutely no problems and the cuts are clean and sharp.

But, BE PREPARED TO WAIT for your order. I finally received mine one month exactly from the date I placed my order. You will get a tracking number with your order confirmation. Clicking that link will take you to the US Post Office site and will show things in Jamaica, NY. And that won’t change for a very long time. In fact, the link in the email may actually quit working. But you can copy the number and paste it in at the USPS site. Finally, probably when you’re about ready to give up, it’ll happen. I guess it depends on how long it takes to get from China to New York. But, once it hits the states, you’ll get it in just a very few days.

I placed an on Feb 4 2023 for about $45 worth of earring dies and all I got was some obsceneLu cheap earmuffs. I contacted the company numerous times by email and they keep giving me the run around saying they are checking logistics at this point I’m going to contact my bank about this scam business to get my money back.

Product arrived eventually and was nicely packaged. I did have concerns when the shipment tracking information gave me no details and the order appeared stuck in NY for two weeks. I submitted a complaint to PayPal and the shipment magically started moving again. Hmm. Vendor failed to respond to my multiple emails.

Updated review: There was a problem with my order and it took quite awhile for Kokorosa to admit to their error. However, once they realized the error, they refunded my money and gave me a special discount code. The merchandise is very good quality and I do not expect any problems with future orders.

i put in an order on January 29/2022 and still have not received it. I have contacted the company but only get excuses from them. I was given a fake tracking number for an order delivered over a year ago. Obviously this company is like a swimming pool. We throw our money in but get nothing in return. some are lucky and maybe get their order but i have tried to no avail! Customer Beware!!

I've ordered many times from this company and have always been very satisfied with both the service and the products.
The prices are much lower than other suppliers but the quality is not compromised.
