Fabulous Perfume and Customer Service
I bought the Kousaido Incense Japanese solid perfume, Kyara style. It smells like fine Japanese temple incense of pine and sandalwood. It has a soft texture so it is easy to apply. This was my second time ordering from Kohgen. I was so impressed by the scent and quality of the perfume that I ordered two more jars of it a few weeks later
I also sent one perfume as a gift to a friend in the US and needed to contact Kohgen customer service in Japan for assistance correcting my order. I had filled in the wrong address information. They answered my email very quickly and followed up with me to make sure my issue was resolved.
They have international shop option for sending outside Japan, and they use FedEx so my orders have always arrived very quickly.
Kohgen is primarily an incense store that also sells incense based perfume. I highly recommend them. They have been in business since 1937.
