Full marks to the product
Full marks to the product. It’s amazing. The service is also good. However, I am a little disappointed because after delivering the sofa they left all the big wrapping cartons and poly covers at our home and they didn’t mention about it when we were buying it that we have to throw it once the sofa is delivered at our place. We had to manage it by ourselves which was a hassle.

Dear K Agarwal,
How annoying to read that you were not aware that we always leave the packaging material behind with our customers, since we otherwise have less space in the buses and can make fewer deliveries.
We hope that you still have a pleasant experience of our company and your purchased products and that we will certainly see you again in one of our stores.
Yours sincerely,
Team Koex
