As a family coming from outside Denmark, it was a little overwhelming when starting the process of buying a new home, but we were very well guided by the team at Købersmægler, making it a very easy and stress free experience.

We worked with Mathias Dohn over the course of several months while he investigated several different properties we were interested in, all the while showing extreme patience, support and great insight. We are not from Denmark and therefore not familiar with Danish property market and our Danish language capability is limited.

Mathias spent a lot of time helping us to understand the pros and cons to different properties and managed to explain complex terms and regulations written in Danish into English for us.

Mathias went above what was required by taking phone calls from us after our work hours. He always reacted efficiently and professionally.

Buying a house can be an overwhelming process. Even more so for a foreigner with very limited skills in the local language.

Both the broker and legal advisor from Købersmægler made me feel at all times that the were by my side. The helped tremendously in all aspects of the purchase.

Very satisfied. They have been very helpful along the overall process and one of my major concern (understanding all the documentation written in danish) was not at obstacle at all thanks to their support. I really had to feeling to be in good hands. Just a suggestion for further improvement, it would be very helpful to have some kind of documents (for example a checklist containing what is ok and what is not after the visual inspection of the flat, or a short presentation after the review of the documentation) just to keep track of the information that are discussed during the phone calls. Apart from this I'm really happy and I would definitely recommend them
