Apparently they don't answer emails. And when you accidentally make a purchase through their 3rd party Link. That's $19.99 you have to chalk. When I purchased keko tv I accidentally made the purchase through link which is a 3rd party. I contacted them and they told me to contact keko because they are just a third party. Well I've sent keko 4 emails now with no response!

Kodi is the worst.
No matter what add on you install, the movie won't be available. It's absolutely garbage.
Ever movie say , No Stream Available.
Complete Garbage.
Don't waste your space with this crap.
I'm uninstalling it immediately

My experience with Kodi on my Phillips Android TV over the past 5 months since I got my Android TV is frustration. Its all maintenance and little enjoyment. The channels are always freezing or won't load. Loading takes too long. Google fix suggestions don't work. If I didn't need it to watch wrestling I would have chucked it long ago. I tried all versions Omega and lower. Its all the same.

Purchased a firestick nearly 4 weeks ago+have not recieved it though I've e mailed numerous times with no reply. Looks like I've been scammed!!!!!

Ordered the fire stick paid in full and yet no goods
Emailed them no reply like others tried to ring them but
Recieved message numbered call does not take in coming calls.

So yes is a scam I would not recommend that any body pay for anything
.now I am contacting Reading trading standards and the bank to get a refund from them

The real Kodi website kodi tv has a blue broken diamond shape logo and is definitely a much more professional website.

I trusted my husband when he said he'd checked, so went ahead and ordered the firestick. It's not a product I am familiar with. I realised too late that there was something not right.

I have reported to Google because they accept money from this company for sponsored ad listing. They claim to be based in Worcester, but telephone number is Reading, and address is London. Some reviewers say they've reported, so why has nothing been done about it?

The payment went through Squared - I've never heard of them either.

I am OCD when it comes to buying online, I am so annoyed with myself, and my husband.

THIS IS A SCAM I should have reviewed this website before purchasing thankfully my bank reversed the charges straight away so I have not lost anything! Why does this say a Google sponsored website? It looked so genuine I was fooled

This is a scam company. Thankfully I originally made the order with American Express who will be ensuring I am refunded :-)

updated kodi is now almost useless under updated Windows 11 starting (but not ending) with insanely unreadable color schemes; these guys have simply lost it from a once respectable add-on that now depends on dubiously lawful paid subscription

DO NOT ORDER FROM KODI ITS A SCAM!! I'm still waiting for my order and tried to contact them to see where my order is or get a refund but the email is returned and the contact number is also known as a scam number and warns you not to use. I have been scammed before so am very annoyed with myself for not checking first!! Why aren't theses sights closed down..they are stealing hundreds 1000's of people!! It makes me so angry 🤬😡🖕

Ordered a fire stick and at the time which was 3-4 months ago was a little hesitant so left it, hour also later received an email ( of which you can’t reply back to ) offering me a £3 discount so I bought 1 and I’m still waiting. But seeing all the reviews here on Trustpilot I know now I’ve been scammed. I even reported this to my bank Lloyd’s who so far haven’t got back to me as promised.
I’ve ticked the box below where it says let Kodi know but quite frankly what’s the point as they already know they are scamming 🤬

Absolutely no sign of my firestick. Cannot contact them and they don't answer emails. Should've known better I suppose but it all looked legitimate. Huge disappointment.
I see on further comments that this is not Kodi TV as such but perhaps they should be looking into this as it's clearly slighting their name and me like many others are out of pocket.
