Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Sharp knife came wrapped in bubble wrap only (no box), with the tip bent! Was an Xmas present for my Dad and so there was no time to return or process a refund. When a return was arranged they didn't provide a return label, and despite numerous attempts to contact have not responded. The knife was not cheap at £53, so you would expect a bit better quality, customer service and communication. Would not use again.

Knife Set...cutting edge
I received the 360° rotating knife set with wooden handle as a gift from my daughter for Christmas. She did tell me they did cut it fine (pardon the pub) with delivery but it arrived on Dec 20th. These knives are an absolute pleasure to use lovely weight in the hand, even chopping frozen chicken breasts it was like slicing through butter. I am very proud to have it my kitchen.

They do not deliver…
Ordered 3 products..have had several emails to say that parts of the order have been shipped….delivery could be tracked..
It can’t..you’ll be directed to an app that has to be downloaded…
Have sent two emails now…as a previous reviewer mentioned, these items were a Christmas present..
Having checked my PayPal account it shows payment was accepted by another company…sounds like yet another company that do not understand best practice…be very wary.

Absolutely useless - ordered a product for a Christmas present which was clearly showing “in stock” and 3 days later was told that due to a technical hitch they did not have any stock
I found an equivalent product on their website but flatly refused to substitute it
Terrible customer service and will now have an extremely upset daughter with no Christmas present

Beware, not an induction wok
I have ordered the product because i wanted to cook a chinese dish for a special day, my 10th wedding anniversary. When the big day came, I got it out, started cooking and to my dismay it did not work at all on my induction hob. It was advertised as an induction wok, but it is not! I was so frustrated.
