Shipment wich must be deivered in 7-10 days still not delivered more than 1 month!
Koch support don`t answer on email.
Local partner in Spain answer on phone, promises to cal back and never do it. And never answer on email.
It is worster delivery service in my life.
This situation jeopardizes my reputation as a supplier.

I've sent 10+ shipments. It was a good service until you need to call customer service.
Terrible. I've been messed around for weeks on separate issues. Always told ill get a call back. Emails where they just ignore entirely. There is NEVER a solution.
Now their website doesn't accept a Portuguese post code AT ALL. Tried to call customer service. They say I can email and a colleague will help and they will be informed it's important. I spend a while explaining in detail. Generic response aka. "Go use the website" - several cases where I think they don't actually read emails. So infuriating when you run a serious business and have serious consequences to shipments not going out and clients not getting them on time.
Good service if you want to ship a few times without dealing with people - but if you have issues, good luck getting a competent person to help you!

I was also sent a random mahnung and then had to pay it even though there was no shipment corresponding to this and I made all payments by PayPal so without invoice ama without mahnung possible! And so I paid it on the second mahnung so I didn't have further issues - trying to get that cash back is impossible. They even told me to go to the person who wrote the mahnung to get a credit note and there is no name of sachbearbeiter on the mahnung! It's just a joke and an expensive one at that.

I made shippings with them twice and both transports had problems.
The first delivery arrived a bit too late and I had to chase the company for an invoice.

The second shipping hasn't been picked up as planned. Nobody came on the pickup day or the day after or the day after this... I took them 4 or 5 days!
You pay an extra fee for additional service like contacting the receiver in advance and nothing happens. They just try to deliver although nobody is there to collect the goods and if they don't reach anybody at the door they try it again days or weeks later without any notice. This pallet is now 2 weeks late and still hasn't arrived the destination!!

FYI: I made 2 shippings from DE to FR. If we try to contact the customer support, they are nice on the phone and maybe helpful as well. But if they tell you to call you back after investigating what the problem is, nothing happens till you call them again the next day.

We made shipment for them from DE to ES.
Refusing to pay demurrage even though delivery place wrote in docs that cannot unload because their fault. As KOCH claims - we were late for delivery, no matter that during loading process of that shipment it took almost whole day + next day it was traffic ban in France. In primary offer it was clearly written that delivery must be done in Friday, but in order they decided to write delivery on Thursday what was just impossible !
Truck had to stand from FRIDAY till MONDAY with the goods on the trailer.
My suggestion - think twice before taking any shipment from them, because they are "playing unfair" !

delayed replies and bad intransit handling our shipments gets damages most of the time, please improve customer support team & logidtics handling.
