I’ve had a very positive experience with Koalendar.com. The platform is extremely easy to use, simple to set up, and makes scheduling smooth and efficient. Everything is laid out clearly, which saves time and removes a lot of the hassle that can come with booking and calendar tools.

What really stands out to me is the customer service. Any time I’ve needed help, the support has been responsive, professional, and helpful. It’s always a great feeling when a company not only offers a good product, but also backs it up with strong customer support.

Overall, I’m very pleased with Koalendar and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, reliable scheduling solution.

Koalendar is a great application. Powerful and most importantly, simple to use! At about 5pm I noticed an issue with too many appointment slots open. I emailed and heard back from them that evening. I provided more details and by the next morning, it was solved. They emailed me at 2:00am with the fix! Who does that? Even now, all I can say is Wow! Koalendar is the best!

It's just so smooth, works perfectly. Loved it!

Customer service.
Frankly, there are other free apps that do the same. Maybe if I was working and not retired.

He helped me resolve synchronization issues with Google Calendar and guided me on using coupon codes to maintain legacy pricing for my long-term students. The ability to customize cancellation policies have made my booking process much more professional. I love that my clients can just keep the link handy and schedule as needed. It like the options for different session lengths, different contact options and that everything syncs with my calendar. It’s has saved me so much time!

I've been with Koalendar for quite some time, and I love the responsiveness of the team behind it. Lots of new features rolled/ing out to respond to subscribers needs. I like it so much that I bypass two other systems native"Scheduling" options for Koalendar (even if it is a little bit of a work around to do so).
