Very friendly, and more important: thinking with and about the customer, instead of making it difficult and unpleasant. I bought the beige knuffle because the brown was temporarily unavailable. When I (right after delivery) saw it was available again) I asked for a change, which was okay, but even nicer: by then there was a 15% reduction. I got that too. That leaves such a good impression!
You notice the quality and warmth of their onesies. Sending the package and answering questions is hyper fast.
They did send me an old (used) version at first, by accident, but they made it right inmediately and sended a new one afterwards. So overall customer service is great👍

A great outfit for winter, very soft and warm. Sizing guide was true to fit but I did reach out via email to ask a few questions that were answered quickly. Delivery arrived when expected. As someone who have a few onesies before I can feel the better quality with this one.

Great and very comfy suit! I can’t wait to wear it in wintertime :) One thing I noticed though is that the upper part of the suit is quite long compared to the pants, which fit a bit tight on me. I ordered an M which according to my measurements should fit comfortable and am 1.70cm tall.
