I was billed AUD $3800

I was billed AUD $3800, and all I have received is an email subscription. I have corresponded asking for a refund, but I was fobbed off. So tonight I will a letter of demand for full reimbursement, and should that not be forthcoming, I will file a civil claim.

I paid for this course in Australia.

I see numerous bad reviews elsewhere.

Unfortunately When EXCHANGE rates make a big financial difference to the constant money grab Save your Money Dont KindlePubIncome Knowledgesource

Unfortunately, SAVE your money and talk to a real person about writing your story!
Knowledgesource is Australian company under the - Sophie - BlueskyAmazon - KPI Kindle Publishing Income is the NZ face of a variety of smaller companies setup by Sophie to run Money grabbing businesses. Each Elite student is taught how to grab more people with a dream, but most lose their money.

I can see NOW that I should have researched the reviews MORE as they take thousands of USdollars (x2 for Australian dollars) and spam your Email non stop, even when you write to them to state 'your cannot attend the 4am classes or constantly pay more money to use other computer software apps' All the videos are aimed at pushing the use of more applications at a additional cost. I don't have the time to do the AI generated books in my business with real people and seniors with real lives!

I have lost over $4,000 AUS dollars and many hours of trying to follow their instructions. My family and I have developed BUYER regret, for all the things I should have choosen instead of this, we feel SCAMMED.
It is almost impossible to follow the videos created by other people who are paying alot of money to be Elite students /Mentors.
They need thousands of people/ members (who pay upfront) to create reviews of the Artificial Intelligence created publications, but real people don't have time to read them all (thousands created daily) so I can see how reviews would be 'also ingenuine', as other students get 'credits', towards reviews of the AI book they create, for the number of positive reviews they give. PEER review by people who just want the credits! Motivated by pyramid sales marketing and self preservation to get any return on their HUGE investment in this scheme.

My situation has changed since July25, I don't want to waste any more time and have to face the fact that Legally they pay alot of money to TRAP alot of people in this scheme! Sophie does not care if you have health or family issues to deal with, just takes the money and moves on.

Highly unlikely you will be successful

I've thought long and hard about writing this review, but I do feel people need to know the bigger picture. Sophie Howard does these really hard sells on social media about how easy it is to make millions by getting books published that you don't even have to write yourself. I don't want to call this a con, but let me say it is a gross exaggeration. It's not nearly as easy as she would have you believe. In fact, it's damn difficult. I don't think a single person would have duplicated her success.
I signed up for the Done-For-You book which was massively expensive! And I mean MASSIVELY, but I thought, you know what, it's an investment in a new business the same as doing a degree. What a massive waste of money. Let me say, that the information and the coaches are fantastic, they really are. Lovely people, full of info. But here's the problem, what books do you publish if you don't have some knowledge or expertise in the subjects that move the most? Sophie's area of expertise happens to be business, which is great as that is one of the best selling genres. But not everyone can publish those books if they don't have at least enough knowledge to know if the ghost writer has done a good job or not. Also, how do you write an outline for the ghost writer if you don't have knowledge of the subject. Will you learn a lot? Yes. Will you make a lot of money? Highly unlikely unless you have interest in the best selling subjects. And even then, it's extremely difficult because of the competition. I bitterly regret spending that amount of money because there is NO way I will ever make it back even if I manage to get 100 books out there. If you really want to learn about publishing, go watch a thousand YouTube videos and save yourself a small fortune. This is a shortened review.

These people will steal your money…

These people will steal your money without blinking an eye! My partner has suffered a health setback that requires me to be more hands on in the running of our business leaving me with limited time to pursue the publishing program. I had paid for the program in full but had not completed any of the modules or been able to devote any time at all. I asked for a refund of the substantial amount only to be refused as I had not completed the project and published 1 book, which is exactly what I am unable to do with my new personal commitments. They have zero empathy or care and are straight out thieves! DO NOT GIVE THE YOUR MONEY!!!

Conned Out of $15,000! Knowledge Source Is a Well-Oiled Rip-off Machine. Predatory Marketing Disguised as Education. False Promises. Financial Drain.

This is my personal experience.
BEWARE!! This company doesn’t care about your success. They care about how much they can extract from you before you realise you’ve been taken. They are the marketing company behind Sophie Howard's Blue Sky Amazon training course, KPI and her upsell "mentoring" course K-Express which I foolishly signed up for in June 2024. They bombard facebook with her 'get rich quick in your spare time - just an hour or two a week' BS. They ripped me off AU$15,000 for the rubbish course which is absolutely nothing like what they advertise it to be. They promise to help you publish 5 great books in your first year through this one-on-one "mentoring" course, K-Express. There is no mentoring, just a bunch of coaches who you can wait weeks to get a half hour zoom with because most are in the Northern Hemisphere. Why? Can't get much done in half an hour and you only get a couple of hourly ones. Thread-bare service at best. The key to this con is that they DON'T divulge how much you need to spend if you actually want to publish a book, e.g. buy all their upsell programs to help you find the right keywords for Amazon and many other programs to assist, ghost writers, editors, formatters, cover designers, artists, and then the pot of gold you need to advertise it, leading to me, and thousands of others globally, being out of pocket because we can't actually afford it. Zero honesty and transparency which is against Australian Consumer Laws. They constantly are trying to upsell you on all the 'must haves' and now the new AI programme Sophie says she spent $300,000 on, Blinkbook, is there latest laughable initiative. Another money-grab dressed up as innovation. It's official launch presentation was so sub-standard a kid could have done better, it was blurry, you couldn't make out what was going on or hear the guy who was supposed to be a world leading AI guru. She wants another $995 for that "innovation" (if it hasn't gone up) so you that you can produce a book in the time it takes to make a coffee, but from feedback I've seen, anyone using it has taken months to fix what this lacklustre load of rubbish tech has produced and, if you want more “credits” to produce more AI books you have to pay hundreds, of course. Well I'm here to tell you that Blinkbook hasn't worked since the day it was launched but she and this Knowledge Source mob have taken thousands and thousands of dollars from people globally who have believed their BS then promised that they were 'working on it' and ironing out the problems. An honest professional company wouldn't launch a new product BEFORE it worked would they? A greedy bunch of people on the prowl for more victims $$$ would though!
They've pocketed millions of dollars, they only offer a 7 day money back guarantee on a AU$11,995 course expecting that you can get your head around the hundreds of videos (the course!) in that time so you can make an educated decision as to whether to proceed. It's a total con job with high pressure sales from their 'people' in the US, email responses take forever if you have a question and trust me, I have collected over 200 scathing reviews from their Blue Sky Amazon Trustpilot review page before they shut it down along with the Blue Sky Amazon website!! You can run but you can't hide Knowledge Source because ACCC knows about you, A Current Affair knows about you and VCAT and ASIC are about to!

What a load of croc

What a load of croc. They guaranteed me a refund but when I applied for one they went on about how I had to do all the study and publish a book on Amazon kindle. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to publish a book on Amazon Kindle when I can’t do the study as my situation has changed. This company is all about making money. Please don’t give them your credit card.

Great marketing to you, making money, not so much

Great marketing to you the buyer of their materials. Which is where they make their money. If you have 24 hours a day to negotiate with people, answer silly questions about products, and have your customers wait for days, weeks or longer to get their purchase then this is for you.
They drip feed you training and information so that you are sure to keep paying them to get to the next level of financial freedom, ( the only one getting rich is them). Their process is so, so 90’s! It just doesn’t work in this day and age. Maybe it worked for them 10 years ago, but Amazon and others deliver products in 24 hours or less. Did I mention you need to buy the products you sell. Meaning you can sell anything you want but you need to buy it first , drop ship it and hope your buyer doesn’t back out before all that happens.
Sorry it’s just not what it look like. Oh and about refunds, guarantees, Forget about them, they won’t budge.
Not a happy camper,

I have read the regular Knowledge…

I have read the regular Knowledge Source emails for more than 1 year. I kept the September 2022 email on file as it contained the sentence You are stronger than you think. This regular encouragement and information on finance and trends are very good to know. I will continue to read the emails and enjoy the content. Knowledge Source has asked nothing from me.

Avoid knowledge source

Avoid knowledge source. Poor performance, Zero ethics and moral standards. Purely a cash grab attitude as a culture emanating from the top down. When a company doesn't listen to its customers, it is the beginning of the end. Sleazy culture and work practice. Avoid.

This company is part of Blue Sky Amazon…

This company is part of Blue Sky Amazon and does handle some parts related to her programs. Do Not
give your credit card before you READ the contract. What they tell you and herself in her welcome livestream. She mentions that the refund is guaranteed without mentioning the fine print. I recommed to not sign up. I can't say whether the program is successful or not, since I haven't started it, but the double charges before signing the contract, pressing sales rep giving you access to all platforms, and other things are leading you into using them before you sign. Make sure you google before you sign up.
