Purchased Google Shopping - Prestashop Addons and it came with free installation. Module was installed within 24 hours and came with full instructions on how to connect the module with Google Merchant Center. With in an hour all my products were back appearing on Google after 2 weeks of down time. Originally had Prestashop Marketing With Google which has failed on me 3 times with the last time taking over 2 weeks to sort out. Very happy with the module and the way it was set up i can even control having no GTIN and set up multiple data sources which i could not do with Prestashops Module.

I am extremely disappointed with Knowband. I paid them upfront to develop a payment gateway integration for my business. What I received was not a functional gateway; it was essentially a "mockup" that cannot process real transactions.

When I raised this issue, their support became unresponsive. They have refused to fix the core technical flaws or issue a refund for the undelivered service. It appears their strategy is to take payment and then ignore the client until the support period expires. I would strongly caution any business owner against using them for custom development or payment-related modules. Save your money and work with a reputable developer who understands API integrations and basic business ethics.

I purchased Knowband’s Marketplace module for OpenCart after their support team explicitly confirmed in writing that it was compatible with my setup (OpenCart 3.0.4.0 with the Journal theme). That confirmation was the only reason I decided to buy.

Once purchased and installed, the module had multiple problems. When I reported the issues, Knowband then told me that several key parts of the module were “not compatible” with my Journal theme and that fixing them would cost an additional $100+. Later they even tried to bundle another “MAB module” for a higher price instead of simply making their Marketplace module work as they had originally promised.

In other words, the product as delivered did not work as advertised on a very common OpenCart theme, and the solution offered was to pay more money for fixes and upsells. They offered a good description before purchase and something very different after they had my payment.

Based on this experience, I personally would never purchase from Knowband again, and I cannot recommend their modules to others. If you are considering buying from them, be very careful; their words can't be trusted.

We were facing slowness of the site suddenly post installation and in the course of identification of root cause we had to reset the server, the module was not working properly but thanks to Manish and his team who had reimplemented the module and in working condition. Avoid this knowband One Page Supercheckout module: Stripe not working and no support!

I have used Knowband a few times in the past and their supercheckout module for the Prestashop platform is excellent. It has additional features that other modules do not have. A minor configuration issue was very quickly, efficiently and professionally resolved. keeping me informed all the way. I highly recommend this company who not only have a great collection of add-ons for various platforms at very good prices but offer great aftercare service too.

I can only recommend Knowband. The team always took the time to answer all my questions. Technical problems with the purchased module were reliably and directly integrated into my store by Knowband.

ReCaptcha Module to OpenCart: Not the best experience for sure. I checked the technical requirements of the opencart module and compared them with the website, and they were Ok. But when I tried to installed it...the first problems start. And I contacted the support and they make something to have the module visible in the admin, but wasn’t working in the user interface, and I tried few things before contact them again, but was impossible to make the module work, and when I contacted them, they say that was for the theme, but in the technical requirements never was mentioned that. maybe with some theme can't work, and they answer was, that I need to pay them 125 USD additionally, and I say no, and was long conversations and days and in the end they still was asking for 50 USD (after lots of conversations). In the end I took the option to some coupon to get another module that can work, but probably I'm not going to find nothing. And the problem was solved by other person in external way, but for sure wasn’t to ask 125USD plus the price of the module.

I had the Know Band Extension installed into my Open Cart, and that team are very good, co-operative and willing to help, the extension works well, no problems and fully recommended, Renato
