Och just därför finns valet UTAN bindningstid :-)
Du väljer själv mellan abonnemang och engångsslipning, alltså mellan ett lägre pris per tillfälle med bindningstid eller att beställa ett nytt Knivbrev helt fritt från gång till gång. Abonnemanget omfattar minst 2 Knivbrev, och därefter kan du avsluta när du vill. Gränsen går där eftersom ett abonnemang annars i praktiken bara skulle bli en engångsslipning med abonnemangsrabatt, vilket inte är syftet med upplägget.
Har du valt fel kan du när som helst logga in på Mina Sidor och ändra inför nästa utskick. Om Knivbrev nummer 2 redan har skickats ut går det fortfarande att ändra, men då behöver utskicket och mellanskillnaden upp till ordinarie pris regleras. Abonnemangspriset är lägre just eftersom det bygger på minst två tillfällen, medan engångsslipning alltid finns som ett helt fritt alternativ utan bindningstid.

Deceptive business practices
Deceptive business practices, poor service, and a dysfunctional website.
I paid for a trial and received several knives back in worse condition than when I sent them-three of the five were chipped. I filed a complaint and closed my account. Despite having no active account or login, I was billed again the following year for a service I did not use. This is an utter scam. When I contacted customer service, I received arrogant and pretentious replies, and they refused to correct the issue.
They take no accountability, dismiss negative reviews as “fake,” and show no regard for their customers.
Avoid this company. I will never use or recommend their services.

We have never offered anything called a trial, and your claim about receiving chipped knives is as realistic as buying a plane ticket and then pretending the aircraft was missing an engine. It is simply nonsense.
You also did not use our service correctly. When you choose a subscription, you are always bound to two Knife Letters. This is clearly stated at cancellation and exists for one reason: to prevent people from taking a 50 percent discount for a one-time sharpening and cancelling immediately afterwards. It protects the subscription model from being abused.
We also offer a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee, which every customer is fully informed about. If anything is not satisfactory, we fix it immediately. In your case, we have never received a single message indicating that you were unhappy with anything. Not then, and not now. That makes your new accusations impossible to take seriously – especially since you still cannot state one concrete issue.
Nothing in your review matches how our service works, or how we handle customer matters.

Avoid Knivbrev AB at all costs – deceptive business practices!
Terrible experience.
They charged me for services that were never performed - I never even sent in my knives, yet they still billed me.
No one explained why I owed anything, and the invoice was eventually handed over to debt collectors.
Even after I cancelled my subscription, I was told I had to pay for yet another service I will never receive. Their terms of service are vague at best, and their customer support is non-existent when you try to get answers.
If you’re considering using Knivbrev AB – don’t.
I’ve reported them to Konsumentverket and fully intend to take this to court.

Scam?
I saw the ad on Instagram and seemed interesting so I started filling in the details and go on with the process. At a certain point I saw that to ensure the knives one should have paid extra 300 sek so I decided to cancel the whole thing. However, I anyway received a confirmation email, which I ignored. Now, 20 days later, I am given a faktura of 775 sek to pay. What?!?! Up to the point in the process I did, the amount of money discussed was around 200 sek. I do not know how all of a sudden I should pay 775 sek for a service I did not even use in the end and I did not confirm.

Thanks for your message.
Just to clarify: an order on our website doesn’t happen automatically. To place an order, one must actively fill in all required details, accept the terms and conditions, and finally click the “Order your Knivbrev” button at the end of the process. Without doing all of that, no order can be created. In other words, it’s not magic — and nothing happens by itself.
You mentioned seeing the 50-300 SEK optional insurance (300kr is the max if your knives are worth 15.000kr) and deciding to cancel, but the fact that you received a confirmation email indicates the order was fully submitted. That email is sent immediately after the order is placed and includes all the order details.
Ps You where also given the option to only pay for the expenses (envelope, sleves, logistics and shipment cost) but we never got a reply why you where charged full price as if you rather decided to use the service as ordered. How could we know your plans with zero communication!?

Great to hear you like our service. Our service is either ordered as a one-time-sharpening service or a subscription where you choice the number of Knivbrevs you want per year. Exact when the envelopes arrive depends of our peaks and troughs. For instance we can't help 90 000 customers 2 weeks before Christmas and 1000 in the middle of summer. Of this reason renewals are send earlier or are postponed. If this is important to you (to have fixed dates) it's simple to send us a mail on how you like it and we set fixed dates. Within a few day we launch "my pages" where you can set this on your own.

Detta är en klassisk trollrecension från ett namn som inte ens existerar i Sverige (finns ingen Mark Watts vilket däremot är en känd person i USA). Jag är mest nyfiken på varför du skriver på engelska. Vad vill du försöka uppnå med det? Vi har stött på 1000 -tals troll genom åren (blir så med över 250 000 kunder eller 4% av alla svenska mathushåll), men detta vare en ny "take", dvs. att skriva på engelska.
