Our experience with Knight Richardson couldn’t have been better.

Our solicitor Kirsti Rook was excellent from start to finish. We had a few bumps in the road with the purchase of our house but Kirsti was nothing but excellent with her work. She found out things about the property we were trying to buy that the sellers solicitors didn’t. Thanks to her and her knowledge and guidance we ended up finding another property. In the course of two months we got the keys and this was due to her excellent work!

I would definitely recommend them. They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and with reasonable prices. Thanks again for all your amazing work.

Great service from start to finish mainly dealt with Adam, Megan, Carys and Seb. Communication excellent. Howla is really easy to navigate and also comes through as emails too. If I called any time I had a question, whoever I spoke to answered my query or transferred me through to someone who could. My estate agent even commented how I had chosen the best and I have to agree. Thankyou for making my house sale/purchase as easy and stress free as possible!

I used their services for my first property purchase, which was on a tight timeline. I needed the process to be completed before the end of March to avoid the Stamp Duty that would apply from April 1st.

They were in constant contact, keeping me updated. Moreover, Kirsty shown availability when I had questions or concerns.

In the end, they managed to push everything through quickly and smoothly, and the entire experience went without issues.

I've got to give Knight Richardson full marks with the way they handled our house sale/purchase. Any questions we had were answered promptly and all was completed within 10 weeks which was impressive considering the chain on the buyers side. I took the recommendation from the estate agents and have been more than satisfied with the service.
Afra Khan did the conveyancing and we completed in about 5 weeks. The property had some legal oddities that required some tidying up. Also, the vendors caused some issues that Afra was more than happy to advise on, provide guidance and suggest realistic solutions. All communication was answered and dealt with in a friendly and professional manner and very quickly.
I honestly cannot sing my praises enough. I have bought numerous properties and Afra Khan at Knight Richardson is the standout solicitor of all the conveyancing firms I have dealt with. A definite five star recommendation.

Seems like my experience was very different to others. A simple conveyance flat purchase with no chain or mortgage took them 19 weeks to complete rather than 10 estimated. The junior who worked on it was simply not up to the task. Her supervisor was rude and dismissive when I challenged the delays. Instead of feeling my solicitor was working for me I had to battle against them to get through work completed. I'm 54 and used many legal firms in my time- Knight Richardson were the worst by a very long margin- incompetent, complacent and condescending.

Before starting the journey of selling and buying I was told by everyone that I would need to “chase my solicitor daily” and that the solicitors are the biggest headache of it all. I however had the pleasure of Knight Richardson and Abdul Miah, nothing I asked was ever a problem, I never had to chase and was always kept up to date. The sale and purchase frustratingly (through no fault of KR) went on for 6 long months, but knew Abdul would be chasing and fighting my corner. I cannot put into words how much easier the process was with Abdul supporting from start to finish.
Equally the quote was very reasonable for both sale and purchase.
Hopefully I won’t be moving any time soon, but if I did I would only ever use Knight Richardson.

Knight Richardson what can I say from the beginning so professional and courteous , nothing felt like I was asking a daft question kept me uptodate all the time wasn’t an easy process but many thanks to Kirsti she is an absolute superstar and a credit to the company will definitely recommend to anyone needing a solicitor and would use again without a doubt if the need arised
