I love their fabrics, I hate their customer service. I've ordered numerous times over the last few years (both via FB and their website) and I've had some great fabrics from them, they have very slow shipping times and after my first order I was aware of that, and I'm not usually in that much of a rush. But, my latest order (which was a website order, plus a FB order I had tacked on whilst waiting) had got to nearly a month and I just wanted an update, mainly since I'd tried to order something else on FB to be added on but no-one had replied to me. I contacted the main guy Adil who I'd spoken to before, a week and no response, contacted their FB page, contacted their after sales email, no response, at this point I was starting to feel like I'd been scammed but having had orders with them before I was sure I wasn't. So I contacted their designer/FB admin and whilst she never bothered to reply to me she must have given them a prod as I then received a very terse response from after sales and my fabric was dispatched. So I did get my fabric, but I didn't get the latest fabric I had wanted because presumably even though I had been extremely friendly/polite (I just wanted an update on if I could add that fabric on and rough timescale!) I must have got someone's back up I guess.

TLDR
- Their FB page has a sale on every few days, encouraging mass orders, meanwhile they have such a huge backlog that they can't keep up with
- I am no longer happy to buy from them
- Very poor customer service, as a business owner myself I ALWAYS reply asap and am polite, it's how I get return customers!
- Timescale on website was something like 5-8 day dispatch time, but my order took a month

Only just discovered this fabric site as I saw it on Facebook.
Bought a small amount to see what the fabric is like and it's great .
The quality is good and they do some different types of fabric with a little flair to the colours which I have seen but their prices are really competitive.
Most is approx 3 metres for under a tenner some slightly more but still a great price.
And they done a fantastic theme for saying Halloween but their Christmas range from panels for skirts to dolls and stockings are a treasure.
Gained a happy customer and find their service excellent.Sophie keeps everyone informed of new deals and her videos have been so informative and professional

I have ordered from Knighton a number of times and have loved the fabric and the service. There exclusive designs are great and all the material is fantastic value. Any problems have been dealt with quickly.

Knighton Fabrics are fabulous. They have excellent designs and brilliant customer service. They also have a really inspiring inclusive sewing community with helpful sewing tutorials and tips.

Have ordred twice from them first time damaged fabric which I was refunded for but only after asking twice.
Second order still waiting after 11 days later have sent email and had no response.
Put a post on Facebook about my disappointment they refused to allow the post to be published. Sent a message saying they will speak to dispatch team and still nothing. I can only assume the reviews given are suspicious as I'm sure I'm not the only person to have an issue in over three year of trading. I now have to go to my credit card company and dispute the payment. Thanks now more time spent not sewing.

This company is the best. Absolutely great fabrics, lots of original designs and prints. Really good for specific events like Christmas or World Book Day. Amazing customer service and really friendly.

Knighton Fabrics is a very friendly place to buy from, they make it feel like having an extended family. Not only do they have a Facebook page they now also have a website.

Have been using Knighton for approx. 3 years. Excellent service from start to finish. Really helpful and friendly staff, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Happy and inclusive team that are kind and generous to all. In these times of rising prices it’s great to know that they supply fabrics at a price that is affordable to all sewists whether they are beginners or experienced.

I have been buying from Knighton for couple of years, first from their excellent Facebook page and recently from their website. Sophie is amazing and answers any questions, and Arif works non-stop to provide a great service and buy fabric. Customer service is the best I’ve had from anywhere and parcels arrive quickly and well packed in either tough plastic or reused cardboard boxes. Prices are really good and even cheaper in Knighton sales. Not sure I’d buy from anywhere else.

Great customer service and issues are sorted quickly . Was missing an item and when I contacted them was delivered a few days later . Can contact via the website and the Facebook community page . Loads of information on the fabric and wonderful designs and prices . Absolutely love all the panels Sophie designs working on buying them all eventually

Always have great choice superb prices and excellent customer service my stash is considerably bigger because of all the wonderful fabric at great prices which means I can afford to sew again thank you to all the people behind the seams that always make it anenjoyabke experience

A fabulous service from start to finish. Fabric at extremely affordable prices and the customer service has always been excellent. Any snags I have had with an order have been dealt with professionally and always positively. They are a very small business supplying a huge number
of people so comms can sometimes be slow, but with their new website hopefully this will improve. Will re order from this company over and over again and can highly recommend.
