Highly recommend - the service was fantastic. The instructions were easy to understand, everything I needed was in the package. The turnaround time was so speedy!

We received 1st class service from the point of order to the point that the knives were very quickly returned. They are like new, so sharp and one that was damaged (had a small nick in it) is now perfect! Can’t fault the service in any way.

I had some 10 year old knives which were expensive when new but had lost their edge over the years. They have come back great. They came back quickly and I’m very happy. I had tried various home sharpeners and while I think those can maintain a good edge they weren’t up to the job of regrinding a knife that had gone far past its best. I’ll be using the service on other knives I have.

The system of returning the knives works well and we were very pleased with the finished result. Our Global knives are much sharper and they were able to repair 2 knife points that were damaged. Very happy – will be using them again.

Excellent service. Ordered the sharpening on Monday, received my delivery box on Tuesday, sent my knives off on Wednesday had them sharpened and back by Friday. Craig David would be proud!

Postage was incredibly easy, knives were repaired and sharpened expertly and sent back promptly. Will absolutely be using again.

Paid for the tracked delivery, sent on Saturday morning, received them back on the Tuesday three days later. I sent two knives with broken points, one that I bought in Japan, so was a bit anxious about losing it or making it worse. Turned out I had nothing to worry about as they came back reshaped brilliantly. They were already pretty sharp, so I didn't notice any difference in the blades for those two. But I also sent one that had a chip out of the blade (as the minimum service is for three knives). This knife was reprofiled, and came back as sharp as the other two.

I have a set of Global knives that have needed sharpening for years but I couldn’t find any company that could sharpen them locally. The postal idea is brilliant. The box arrived within a couple days, I posted it back in the same box (the box itself is a great design) and then knives were back with me three days later. They are like new. The only addition would be a small paper warning triangle to hang on my knife block to remind me they are razor sharp again!

Amazing, very easy to arrange, very quick to get packaging, return and get knives back. Total of three days beginning to end. Great service and great results on my old knives.

This time was my first time using Knife Sharp's postal service, I sent 5 knives a mix of Japanese and European, the blades came back superbly sharp and no scoring to the blades, which had happened on previous sharpening services.
The complete experience and excellent timing made it a real delight.
I will be using them again on all of my knives.

Service worked exactly as described, packages arrived quickly and we weren’t without the knives for long, and they returned to us sharper than they were when we bought them!

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Knife Sharp and it’s still as easy as it was for the 2 previous times.
All my knives came back within days and were razor sharp as usual.
Will definitely use again as it’s such good value for money

Such a clever idea, it was extremely easy to post off the knives, they sharpened them quickly and razor sharp. Didn't have time to miss my knives in the kitchen! I will definitely use again

Very slick well thought out service. Very easy to use. Went above and beyond by restoring the curve on my well used 30 year old kitchen knife.

Very smooth process. Clear instructions made it very simple to send the knives for sharpening. I included a 0.75in thick pen-knife which fitted nicely in the box provided for shipping. It too was returned with an improved edge. Thank you. The May 2020 blogpost gives advice on maintaining the knives before they need a professional sharpening service in future. Suggestion: perhaps provide a video on the website on honing with a 'sharpening' steel?
