Lucky to get my money back purchased a Samsung smartphone from…
I purchased a Samsung smartphone from Amazon 5/6/2025, the seller being shown as Fairtech. The phone was blocked by a pin and not in factory condition. Many e-mails ensued between me and Fairtech, to no avail.Endless obfuscation in order to avoid resolving the problem led me to complain to Amazon. After investigation Amazon fully refunded me £140 and the credit note - still on my laptop - refers to Knacktraders Ltd !
