I had a very disappointing experience with this klyn stone tile company. Owner Kalyan tapariya behavior and language were extremely unprofessional, and he did not treat customers with respect. Good service and communication are just as important as product quality, but unfortunately, this company failed in that regard.

They impersonal comments on our parents with very bad way ,which was unacceptable. Also send us broken item on delivery.

I hope they work on improving their customer service and attitude toward clients. Until then, I cannot recommend this company to others.
Worst experience ..

Brought granite worktop for kitchen 2018, about 6 of them came to install. Rushing around to fit it one guy spills the glue on 3 sections of my new tiled inderfloor heated lounge. i paid 18k for my tiles that were ruined, should i have paid for that granite they installed and spilling that glue that cannot be removed and has damaged my tiles? No the granite fitted should have been for free as they caused more damage than what my worktop was, need to highlight this company they cowboys

Don’t buy anything from them they are rude and when they deliver something they excepting you to load of delivery which means you have to do what they have ti do ….

Visited pre-pandemic but its forever left a sour taste in the mouth. Went with high hopes as many mutual connections with the owners in the community. After initial consultation (with someone I now know is the showroom manager), she seemed unbothered about winning our business. I chased up a lot to get plans for our kitchen and eventually gave up as hadn't heard in weeks and we had to go somewhere else to get our kitchen done.

DO NOT USE! The most unprofessional company I have ever used! Waited months for my granite to arrive with no communication and once the granite did turn up it was the wrong shade! I have rang SEVERAL times to which there is NO ANSWER or I’ve been told ‘Jay is on lunch’. Do not use this lying and unprofessional business! They take your money and will never talk to you again.

Great service we have been happy with our granite fit out in our kitchen previously and also the tiles we ordered best in price and quality even my tiler took Klynstone details for future use. We have a good customer relationship with Kalyan Tapariya and with just one phone call things are done efficiently.

I just want to say a big thanks to Klynstone and everybody in the team involved in helping deliver my dream kitchen. I found everything I was looking for under one roof from Appliances, Tiles, Kitchen, Taps, Sink, Worktop and flooring, all at a very competitive price. This saved me a lot of time, hassle and stress of having to source from different suppliers.

The service has been exceptional. Wasim and Kalyan both came to site to do measurements and plan the kitchen. I had many questions and queries along the way and all got answered promptly.

We are very happy with how the kitchen has turned out and would definitely recommend Klynstone !

We bought our kitchen, tiles, flooring, sink, taps, carpet all from Klynstone and the service we received right from the beginning till the end was nothing but exceptional. Great people, brilliant and friendly service and more than reasonable prices. The quality is outstanding and I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to shop there.

Professional service with a smile! I bought floor tiles and accessories. All the staff were extremely helpful. They were very knowledgeable and gave honest advice. I had chosen the tiles before the first lockdown, and so had to communicate by email about them after the lockdown ended. I had lots of questions in my emails, and they always responded promptly and with detailed advice. I strongly recommend paying them a visit. You will not be disappointed. Oh and everyone loves the floor tiles I bought! Thank you Priya, Jyoti, Bhavesh, Abhishek and Harry for all your help.

Klynstone designed and delivered our kitchen and worktops, thoroughly professional throughout - and at a very good price.
They were always ready to help, even if only for advice or options.

Very dodgy company, They will take the money ,I wrote to them about the concern before they delivered and fitted the kitchen worktops. However, the kitchen is still unfinished after more than 11 months.
The company refuses to take any responsibility to do the job. At the end I have now arranged to start legal case against them and file a claim.

I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. I am more than happy to help other customers if they want to get further information regarding my transaction with klynstone.

Same experience as below, the manager Priya was so unhelpful and I didn't feel a real urgency in dealing with my kitchen request. I called up several times and was fobbed off each time. You don't want to take on my project then just tell me. Simple as. I heard great things but it seems that the people there don't know how to deal with an everyday average customer!!!!

Went to see them a while ago, sat for ages in the workshop with I think the owner's family member who works there planning out my kitchen and then was told by here that I'd get sent the final version drawn up and a quote and after chasing 3 times a month later I just gave up. Not worth it, totally stuck up , if you are fine to lose 20k of business because you are "too busy" to answer my call or pass my details to a colleague then the review is deserved

Klynstones was highly recommended by a Pal to me.
There was a considerable amount of savings that I got from Wasim Butt. Also he did spend a lot of time with me and my wife during our visit, was very patient and extremely helpful.
I found him knowledgeable and due to his knowledge, he gave very good recommendations. His recommendations were extremely useful and also reliable as we were fairly new to kitchen buying. I did visit other German kitchens, UK High street kitchens stores. But no one took as much interest and time that Wasim Butt gave us.
His Kitchen prices were very competitive and also appliances were very reasonable.

I bought a bespoke kitchen from Klynstone. But the measurements were done by a trainee and she has completely messed up the measurements. I wrote to them about the concern before they delivered and fitted the kitchen. However, the kitchen is still unfinished after more than 8 months.
