Great cologne. Customer Service is very attentive. It took several days for them to acknowledge my order, which was annoying, since they remove funds pretty quickly, but once they know you ordered, it’s all smooth sailing.

I made a onetime purchase and the product was disappointing. WORST PART is I later noticed I was enrolled in a monthly recurring charge that I did not authorize and for which I never received any product. I had to cancel my card to make it stop. Complete sham money grab….

They’ve scammed me it’s been 3 weeks and nothing. Found a YouTube ad and after researching this is a known scam method. They’re writing all the good reviews themselves it’s 100% a scam don’t get got

I had a house built less than 2 years ago which came with a new address. My shipment got lost in the mail but Klone took care of it and sent a replacement. It took a while, but I understand they are busy. Now for my opinion on the product. Packaing: Every parfum I've ever purchased comes in a box. This box was simple, but I'm not buying it for the box. Bottle: Glass bottle, nice lid and sprays fine. SCENT: I have like 6 different scents. I like them all! My wife and daughter liked them all! Some seem to last a little longer than others, but that's been the case for other brands. I don't think I'll be buying parfum anywhere else now that I know about Klone. They have a locked in costumer with me.

The first bottle of Nomad magic that I had ordered arrived shattered. I contacted Klone support and they promptly sent me another one. Thanks for the quality customer service!

Klone scents smell amazing! I’ve never bought much cologne because it’s too much money to get even just a couple nice bottles, but Klone solves that problem and more. Not only do they smell great, but they also last for hours and hours—longer than even some name-brand scents I have tried in the past. I never expected them to be this good! HIGHLY recommended.

Completely a scam company - don’t trust them and definitely don’t give your credit card number to them!

Colognes are excellent for a fraction of the price. Scent is accurate, but slightly diluted. Highly recommend giving them a shot.

The smells are amazing my wife loves them on me, also the smells are lasting long as advertised. I use to us another dupe company and the smell wouldn't last 30 minutes. KLONE will get my business 10/10 tomes now. I like the pricing and the deals at the end of check out. I bought quite a few so it my be some time before you see me again but I will be back and looking forward to it. Thank you for the quality and pricing on your products.

Timely delivery

My package got lost. I waited a mo th for it and finally got told it was undeliverable??
Klone offered me 1 free bottle of scent for a big mistake. The customer service people were nice but when a company makes a huge mistake like klone did you should refund their money and send the product anyways. Then I got told my scent was out of stock.. it was one thing after another. Try a different dupe company. This company is tight wods and dont really care about people.

The colognes smell great! 1 was shipped incorrectly but they quickly fixed!

I placed an order with Klone Scents on August 6, and this has easily been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

For weeks, my tracking showed essentially no progress. I eventually contacted Passport Shipping myself, and they told me that although a shipping label had been created, they never actually received the physical package from Klone Scents. Passport specifically told me the normal handoff period had already passed and that Klone Scents needed to resolve the issue.

Passport then contacted Klone directly about my shipment. Klone’s response was basically, “Thank you for the information. This is duly noted.” No explanation. No replacement. No refund. No actual update.

Now Klone’s website is apparently showing that Canada Post has the package, so I contacted Canada Post as well. Canada Post cannot locate the shipment and the tracking number provided to me does not show anything in their system.

So at this point:

* Passport says they never received the parcel.
* Canada Post cannot find the parcel.
* The tracking number does not work with Canada Post.
* Klone has still not provided a clear explanation of where my order actually is.

I paid for this order weeks ago, and I should not have to personally chase multiple shipping companies just to figure out whether my package was ever shipped in the first place.

The communication from Klone has been incredibly poor and dismissive. If there was a shipping mistake, I could understand that. What I cannot understand is the complete lack of urgency or accountability when a customer has been waiting this long and multiple carriers cannot even confirm possession of the package.

At this point, I simply want Klone Scents to provide actual proof that my order was shipped, a valid tracking number, an immediate replacement, or a full refund.

I would seriously reconsider ordering from this company based on how this has been handled.

I can honestly say the hype is true—you really cannot tell the difference. The quality is impressive, the scents smell fantastic, and they actually last a long time.

My favorites so far are Satin Oud and Nomad Magic. They smell rich, unique, and much more expensive than what you’re paying. Imagine is also very good, but I find that scent profile is a little more common and you’ll run into more people wearing something similar.

At the end of the day, for a fraction of the price of the originals, you get a fragrance that smells amazing, performs well, and gets the job done. The ultimate goal is to smell good—and these absolutely deliver without having to spend hundreds of dollars on a bottle.

Definitely impressed and will be trying more.
