I am a returning customer and it is my third time buying framed art for them. It is actually for my new home projects. The artworks and customer services are great as usual. However, one minor thing is that they do not have more color options for the frame. Emily, the customer service manager told us that they can still source the color of the frame that I want. So, you need to be proactive in asking about their options. I love that they are easy to work with. It'd have been better if they can post all colors of the frames online.

Good communication when I had a problem with the proof. I'd ordered an art Vibrant Frenzy from Kline Collective and the proof looks a bit different from what I saw online. The artist John made the revision immediately after I told them the issues. After a few days the work looks amazing. Love it!

I ordered a 40x40" piece from Kline…
I ordered a 40x40" piece from Kline Collective and the artist took about 14 days to finish. The first preview wasn't good enough because there were a lot of details gone missing. I told them about it and it took them about 2 days to finish. The artist is very polite and understands my concerns well. The only tricky part is the photography process, their studio is too dark and hard to know what the real color is. So, after a few emails I can finally confirm the color of the piece. I approved it after 5 days. It took about 4 days to ship. Overall it is a very good experience.

Although it was a bit of a stressful moment at first, I really appreciate the opportunity to communicate with their support team and clarify the situation. Their policy is clearly stated, and the experience helped me better understand how their ordering process works. They canceled the wrong order and updated with a correct one. Overall, the website is easy to use, and the art selection is great. The art proofing process is good. It's delivered on time. I highly recommend this gallery.

The artwork was nothing like the colours they had online. $3.5k and we can’t use it.
I am speaking to them about it and hopefully they will fix it. Everybody makes mistakes and I’m giving them a chance to rectify this.

This is one of my favorite purchasing experiences. The communication with the team is easy and answer all my questions, address all my concerns. I know that the artist might not replicate the work 100% and the first draft is not satisfied but then they take it seriously and adjust everything for me. After 1 day they made the changes according to my requirements. I am satisfied. It took another week to frame and ship. The crate is good and ensure maximum protection. Overall I am happy with the service. It is absolutely gorgeous and I will also post a photo on their website so others can see the good results. It is expenisve but totally worth it!
