Pasword reset ICS 2000
In an attempt to help my partner restoring the account password for the app, I tried to call support. The normal way of resetting the password via a link does not work, However called about 5 times between 13:00 and 13:08. Lines appeared to be closed and would be open between 13:00 and 17:00. At 13:20 I was in. Support was very busy after 15 min in wait connection was dropped and I was told that the lines were closed again. If this is the support of klikaanklikuit it is beter to buy another product where the manufacturer has time to provide support.

After the failure to get in touch by phone. I tried to contact support via e-mail. That worked a lot better. I got fast responses (even in the evening after 20:00) and within a few email exchanges within a day the issue was perfectly and to all satisfaction solved. So many thanks. Because eventually the issue was resolved by support I raised my review from 1 star to 4. However I still believe that the phone support of klikaanklikuit has some room for improvement, especially the (automated) text broadcasted when no staff is (immediatly) available or overloaded.
