I ordered my order on September 27 and it still hasn't arrived I'm terribly disappointed and I definitely wouldn't recommend this page, I'm still waiting for my order which obviously will never come!

I ordered Ibiza Sandals in May 2020 from Klends or Klendsdryer , One gets the impression that they are sold from a European country but no I get this notification 'They are being shipped via China Post to the following address:' What a trick!
Shipping lasted all Summer......but the pair of sandals have absolutely nothing similar to what is shown in the advert.
Sandals are made unprofessionally. One is wider than the other. They are totally flat. Within a few minutes of trying them on I got an allergic reaction. The material has nothing whatsoever of what is shown in the ad.it is synthetic.
To top it all this pair arrived on the 19th Sept. 2020....funny when I wanted these for the summer...which I would not have worn in anycase.
Klends scam....shameful!

Wish the rating section had a box for 'zero' stars. Although I was aware that there would be a substantial delay with delivery (due to Covid 19) my order (2 separate parcels 2 different days even though, one order!) they did arrive. WHAT an incredible disappointment. Size 39 should be marked as 38. The sandals were completely NOT what was advertised. No foot support and the instep section was much too loose. Very poor quality materials used. The runners were also 39 but should have been marked 38 and although reasonably robust the instep section was again miles too big.
Believe me, NEVER AGAIN. Beware anyone else thinking of ordering from Klends.

You can do better with the shoe size and delivery.

I completely concur with the review below regarding shoe size. They are substantially smaller than advertised. I actually returned them to China with tracking and proof of delivery. 8 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. TBH the advert on Facebook gave the impression you were dealing with a European company but in reality you aren’t. I would steer clear.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on April 26th, 2020. Today it is August 7th, 2020. The shoes were never delivered to me and of course they were paid for on April 26th. After several emails with Klends and requesting a refund, I still do not have the shoes and no refund was issued. I feel totally scammed.
One star is still too much for this company.
Beware of purchasing anything from Klends.com.

Whoops two days after my negative review my sandals arrived. Sorry Klends for the bad vibes, the sssndals are pretty but bad quality. Which can be expected considering low price. We get what we pay for.

Dreadful! Took 2 calendar months to arrive, got different sandals than I ordered and really poor quality

Its takes 3 month to receive my order! Poor quality sandals!

Absolutely shocking service. Four months to deliver to Ireland. Apparently delivered through the Netherlands for some reason.
Brushed off repeatedly by customer service. Would recommend avoiding.

Waited for 8 weeks for the shoes to arrive. Small fit and quite narrow. Not happy with them at all, feel very flimsy. Looked up refund policy and see that no refund on items with more than 20% discount so that rules that out as supposedly there was a 50% discount on these sandles which is a joke as they are not worth more than 20euro at a push. Very disappointed would never order from this company again....

Ordered sandals for my mam 5 weeks ago and still not here. Checked status of order and still haven’t arrived in destination country. Feels a little like Ali Express. Will not be ordering from them again for sure. Very poor.

So so bad. Never received my order and no refund. So unhelpful. A terrible fraudulent organisation.

This Company offered a well designed sandal to improve the foot in a Facebook advert.
The Sandals when they arrived were small for the UK size quoted and we saw no benefit in design. The sandals were not as expected and made of synthetic materials.
I would have returned the sandles but the return address was in China and there were strict return conditions applied. Postage to China is also borne by the buyer.
With the return conditions alone I would not recommend anyone outside China using Klends for their clothing or shoes.
I shall carefully check these return conditions in future before making any order and I am put off ordering from China for clothing.
