I’m really happy with my experience ordering from Klekktic. The couch, dining chairs, and coffee tables I received are stylish, well-made, and exactly what I was hoping for. The service was smooth and the delivery team did a good job with setup, everything arrived in good condition and on time.

The only down-side is that the customization process took a bit longer than expected. It’s understandable, given that items are made to order, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you're on a tight timeline. Overall though, definitely recommend them for design variety and price wise.

I had a disappointing experience with Klekktic. The sofa I ordered tore twice in the same spot within a short time of use. Despite reporting the issue with photos and documentation, the company only offered a repair using mismatched fabric instead of replacing the faulty cover. This was not aligned with their advertised standards or pricing.

Communication was slow and unsupportive, and I did not receive a resolution that reflects the quality and price point of the item. I have since filed a consumer complaint with the relevant authorities due to the lack of a satisfactory outcome.

Be aware dealing with this company they are manipulating everything you see online. If you comment on Instagram they block it. If you comment on google they add 100 (5 stars) FAKE REVIEWS on top of your comment.

They have no clue what they’re doing so be smart before you think of buying from them and evaluate your options wisely.

I was lucky enough to be warned by a friend who bought from them in the past and seen all the red flags prior to buying anything from them.

If you check trust pilot feed you will even find the owner wrote a 5 star review for her own business 😂

They have no experience whatsoever in all types of furniture production. They use subcontractors of lower standards to produce the orders. This is why they struggle to change or alter any produced items after delivery even if the mistake is from their end. Unfortunately so many companies are jumping into this furniture industry without a single clue on how such businesses operate and how complex furniture production is.

After making a table, we realized that the dimensions were wrong, which made it impossible to use.
We tried to contact them to change the proportions, but they wouldn't listen. Apart from offering to change the color, they supposedly can't do anything.
Strangely enough, when one of the workers came to collect the table, he confirmed that we could change the size of the legs as well as the size of the table until we were satisfied.
So we contacted the after-sales service again, who told us the opposite and that we shouldn't listen to the people who work for them because they barely speak English, which is completely untrue.
We are dissatisfied with this brand whose customer satisfaction is the least of their worries.
We'll be filing a complaint with the Ministry of the Economy, as consumer protection has not been respected.
I don't recommend this brand; you'd be better off going to a much more established and serious brand. It's a small brand that's struggling to grow and is forced to steal from its own customers in order to get by.
Very sad for them.

We bought a table from them over a month ago because we wanted to change our living room table, which we use all week as a work from home station.
We were tempted by the saleswoman, who told us it was the best seller and would fit perfectly.
As our old table was 1.85m long, we asked her to make it to the same measurements as this one, but to reduce the size of the legs, which we thought were too thick. She gave 0 constructive comments or advise but was just pushing to sell and hit targets.
After 5 weeks of waiting we finally received the table and the big disappointment... The colour is not the same it is beige whereas we had ordered it in white. The size of the table is too small because the cloud shape is about 30% smaller than a traditional rectangular table. The legs under the table, although we asked for them to be narrowed, are too wide, which prevents us from sitting properly on the table and working on it.
In short, the table is not usable and we don't want it. It is DEFECTIVE. We called the after-sales service and they told us there was nothing they could do except repaint it, which didn't solve our problem.
We feel like we've been ripped off and we're writing this review to prevent other customers from ordering from this brand, which has no concern whatsoever for consumer satisfaction. They only want to make more sales and have not advised us properly at all because the because the table is unusable.
My advice to you is to go the other way, the value for money is not worth it, the delivery times are too long, and the returns policy is far too strict.
