Arrived 1 month late, AND broken. Customer service doesn't reply to my emails anymore. Pure scam.
EDIT: In response to Klast's generic response:
It is not true that you reply in 48/72 hours, I waited 5 days after sending you an email and still got no reply. i had to send another one for you to reply.
I also cannot open an incident on your website because of an error on your site that blocks me from submitting an incident.
It's now been 7 days since I received the product and emailed you and still nothing.

Disappointed
This was my first time buying from Klast and I am really disappointed. The website said the delivery time was 07/05, but I only received the package on 12/05 after calling Klast and the transport company many times. Then I noticed that one of the hinges on the sideboard I bought was damaged, which made it impossible to align the three doors properly. I submitted a complaint, but nobody has contacted me yet. I will probably never buy from them again.

The delivery happened 2 weeks after the announced date.
Once delivery date advised on Monday, it actually got delivered on Tuesday.
Chairs are really good looking but not super confy as a first impression.

Worst online order experience in my life
Package came with bugs and many missing parts. Package came destroyed and IM the one who has to pay to return it and still havent received my refund. The agent even had the audacity to blame me on the broken package although it was received in that condition by the deliver company. Save your time and never order through this joke of a company.

Bad service decent quality great prices
Bad customer service but good prices and good stuf - never got an order confirmation so my girlfriend in the meantime also made the order and payed the next day I saw shocked that they still deducted money but still never send a confirmation, emailing to get my money back and cancel the (none existing) order they say I can only get money back minus delivery fee……
In the end money was transferred back but would be nice to talk to someone to sort these things out

My experience in ordering the item did…
My experience in ordering the item did not go too smoothly. As it was my first order I subscribed so I could get 10 percent off my first order. The code was not accepted. I then sent an email with regards to this and did not receive a reply. I however did continue with the purchase hoping that someone would get back to me and reimburse the 10 percent which has not happened to date.
Apart from that the item is well made. It took a couple of hours to put together. Instructions were fairly good.

Great table
Good experience. The delivery could have been a bit quicker but the table was well packed with extra protection on the corners of the package. So no damages.
Very easy to assemble because most of the assembly was already done.
Table looks good, happy with the quality and the adjustable top works great.
