Easy to order and dress arrived promptly. Lovely dress but didn’t suit me. The return arrangements were very good as I was able to take it to the Klass department at Polehill and the staff were very helpful and friendly making the return so easy. Thank you.

Klass discount online only
Wife had found some cloths to buy from Klass unit at Polhill Garden Centre. They had a really good selection and the staff were very helpful. Wanted to use my Bluelight discount card but told it was online only.
Didn't continue with the purchase as online discount was worth twenty percent off.
Seems a real shame the store at Polhill had to loose out on a decent sale .
5 out of 5 for the store and staff. Really can't understand why discount had to be online only when you can try the stuff on in store and not have to return anything that might not fit etc

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order, our size chart is on each product page with measurements.
Return instructions unclear
I was pleased overall but a little disappointed in the fact that I travelled 13 miles to my nearest Klass store at Polehill to return an item, (specified on the paperwork that this was the preferred method of return) only to find that the store refused to accept the item for return so I had to pack it and return it via the post office.

Hi Annette, we are sorry to hear that the returns process was difficult for you. We have a new returns process, so for future returns you can use the QR code so the post office can print the label for you or request they collect the parcel from your home and they can bring the label with them.

The sales assistant was amazing, a real asset to the company! Returns are easy. The clothes are great quality!

Something different and reliable
I came across Klass clothing while visiting a large garden centre in Kent which was selling their products. I was impressed with the versatility of the clothes’ design, colour, sizes and material. The clothes hang well on any body and are well tailored. Majority of the clothes are made from non-natural material but it’s as comfortable and drapes well as any linen, silk or cotton. Plenty of choice!
Very reliable company, good customer service, quick arrival by post.
