Stay away

Stay away! Ordered a heater a month ago, hasn't arrived and having absolutely no joy with their customer services team. And wont refund!

Scam

Scam. They send you mirror that is dimmed and in reality nobody needs dimmed mirror. It is not written anywhere in the product description that the mirror is dimmed. All in all really smart Scam site. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered an infra

I ordered in October 2025 an infra heating panel, this was 900W so I couldn't wait this to arrive.
I was very upset when I've got not a modern infra heater what should be to radiate warmth, it was an old school red infra heater, only covered with a designed flat panel. I ordered a year ago from another company 400W infra panel that was good and like sunshine could radiate warmth. I sent immediately a message with my upset a month ago, nothing happened. Don't by infra panel from this company, this is infrared heater, not infra radiation heater.

The Web site was easy to use

The Web site was easy to use and I found a kitchen extractor that perfectly suited our needs. Ordering was simple,delivery was expertly handled and on time.

We’ve had the worst customer service I…

We’ve had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We spent a lot of money and ordered all of our kitchen appliances with Klarstein. When they arrived, we noticed the oven didn’t work, so we got in touch straight away to report the issue.

They told us they would collect it and send a replacement, but after many weeks of being promised collection dates and waiting in at home, it was finally picked up - two months after our original order. That was two weeks ago, and we still haven’t received any update on the replacement oven or any form of compensation for being left without one for so long.

On top of that, the microwave was delivered with handles in a completely different colour to the rest of the appliances, and despite repeatedly asking for help, no one has been willing to resolve it.

I will never shop with Klarstein again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Beware if you’re returning an item

Beware if you’re returning an item. 14days strictly including the weekend on the days that they are shut. Was over by 3days due to installer being late to me to tell it is not compatible.I returned an item promptly, but didn’t receive my refund until I chased them up, and it was over 4 days late past the refund deadline. For a company that insists on strict return rules, they don’t seem to apply the same standards to themselves.

Poor Quality and Untrustworthy

Klarstein are an untrustworthy company who produce low quality items.

My family purchased me a milk maker in March 2024. It stopped working properly around October 2025 and wouldn’t dispense the milk.

I contacted Klarstein mentioning the issues with the milk maker and they immediately sent me a returns label and offered me no further details. They did not query the return at all.

I packaged and returned the item as requested. I shipped off the £185 milk maker and received an invoice saying I had been sent a replacement £45 yoghurt maker (the yoghurt maker is rubbish btw).

I contacted customer service and they asked me to send an invoice, I did.

Because the item was purchased by my sister through Amazon they are now asking me to refuse delivery of the replacement yoghurt maker that I didn’t want.

They said that if they receive that return they will contact me through Amazon—the item was not purchased on my Amazon account as it was a gift.

I am very frustrated and confused by the poor communication from Klarstein and trust has been eroded. They are ignoring my messages where I am asking for my milk maker to be returned.

None of the “rules” they are now imposing on my replacement were communicated to me. If it is so important to connect the item to an email address why did no one double check that I was contacting about an item that was not registered to my account. Very poor systems and customer service.

I have little confidence this situation will be resolved and the amount of admin labour it requires off me is ridiculous. I will lose my £185 milk maker.

I can’t recommend this company at all, please don’t risk purchasing from them.

UPDATES
I received the yoghurt maker that I need to send back on Saturday and I am still waiting for return labels. I have contacted the customer service team regarding this as the comment from Klarstein suggests below. The support is incredibly slow. How long does it take to email a returns label?

Klarstein tried to get my review taken down by claiming it was not genuine. I did eventually get my milk maker. But I am leaving this review up because the amount of confusing admin I had to do was so stressful. The returns system at Klarstein in confusing and not fit for purpose and I believe consumers should know.

Buyer beware complaint 2

Stated a complaint re-a product on trust pilot and received a reply stating they would be happy to help if I send details to the customer service. I have been on their webpage and there is no information re-customer services.

The ordering process was very straightforward. The delivery was very prompt also and the item I purchased arrived well packaged and undamaged.

Absolutely zero customer response. Paid for fast delivery. Week later item hasn't even dispatched. Emailed several times, used their chat function and left messages. Zero back.

Please avoid if you are thinking of ordering. Im now trying to get my money back
