Was blocked for asking ? Prior to purchase
I reached out to the company asking a question about a pallet that was shown on social media. The palette looks very messy and swatched. They were stating that this was the new launch and they did not state that this was a used palette or not. I asked them if the palate is supposed to come looking like this or if this palette had been swatched or used? They blocked me for asking a question. They stated my question was rude. My question was in fact not meant to be rude. I was curious if this is how the products arrive because I actually wanted to purchase from this company and have a cart full of items that I'm waiting to purchase at payday. I found their lack of customer care horrendous. They were so quick to delete me and block me for saying even the slightest thing that may sound negative when it wasn't even negative at all. I wasn't even giving constructive criticism but if I had that should be welcomed by a brand and not deleted and thrown under a rug. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional and very shocking and I will not be purchasing from this company.I will be sharing this story anywhere possible because I really feel like this is very shocking and people need to be warned about them. I have saved proof of the interaction and can provide it if need be. I don't want this type of interaction happening to anyone else!
