Fake website

This is a fake website, it immediately redirects you to some other website, in chrome it redirected me to a fake review page at z-protection.com, in Firefox it brought me to the same page but at bartuz.com or garyum.com, which simply contains a .jpg background image giving the illusion of a blurred text, behind a fake captcha that completes itself.
There is no way to interact with the website, and I have no idea why it exists?
You cant access the website directly either, you need the sublink to the review page and a code, I was sent a text message with the link to the website followed by /nCzRu1y. Maybe it's just a scammer trying to ascertain whether the phone number is in active use or not.
I would not recommend clicking a link to this website.
