Bought a truck from KJ Prestige and 10 months later after driving only a few local miles it failed the MOT on multiple points. After contacting KJ Prestige over 6 times by email and phone over three weeks, they finally responded with an offer to fix the engine at a set price at a cost to me. After another week of no response again I was informed the mechanic was 'too busy' and the parts would take a long time to arrive and they had no space or time for them to take delivery of the truck. Now I'm left with a car I cannot sell or drive and in my opinion should not have passed the MOT before I bought the car. I would personally not buy from this company again.

If you are buying a car around Bournemouth, I genuinely believe after our experience this should be your first and last stop. We initially bought a car from FB marketplace which let us down big time, these guys were our saving grace

- The most kindest, honest and genuine customer experience I’ve had in years, these people genuinely car about you without intent.
- if they don’t have the car you want they go the extra extra mile to find it for you from auctions we cannot access.
- finance options although we went with matchmefinance in the end, (surprisingly easy to get cars on finance)
- they do all the finance for you and endlessly assisted in finding a suitable lender.
- If you are in the local area and looking for a mid range car you’d be mad to go elsewhere. And main dealerships are silly money, this hits in the middle perfectly.
- offer warranty
- transparent with car history
- have a service team.

This was the best customer journey experience of for myself it’s so rare to find a place like this run by people like this, I can see why people come from al round the country. This is beyond customer Kelly & Jamal are just amazing people.

I have just purchased a wonderful Mercedes SLK from KJ Prestige. I have been wanting this for quite sometime. It was exactly the colour and specification I was looking for. Unfortunately within a few days the battery became faulty. Without hesitation KJ Prestige rectified the matter and replaced with new battery. Excellent service. Mark in CANFORD Cliffs

Was presented this dealer by a finance company. The finance company ended up not wanting to deal with the dealer due to financial concerns should an issue arise with the car. After having spoken to the dealer, we were sold that they are reputable..... wish I would have listened to the finance company. We ended up with 3 issues. A leaking seal to the roof (convertible) damaged and incorrectly fitted drop links and a faulty reverse camera. The dealer did NOT want to fix and told us to “speak to their lawyers” it so we ended up having the 2nd finance company we ended up using force the issue. They ended up fixing the seal and the droplinks but did not fix the reverse camera and blamed it on us for water ingress. They had their delivery driver LIE by saying that I wanted to clean the car upon delivery and that my jet wash must have damaged the camera. (The car did arrive sparkling clean (and with water in the rear passenger footwell) so would not have needed to clean said car... long story short, We ended up buying 2nd Mercedes a week after purchasing this one but made sure to buy it from a reputable dealer instead of this one!!! If I could give one bit of advise that will help you in the long run...... AVOID AVOID AVOID these cowboys at all cost!!!

You did exactly as you said you would and managed to sell my car swiftly for exactly the amount you said you would!

On top of that, you sold a convertible for market value in December!! Amazing knowledge of the market, great customer service and very approachable.
