I placed an order and paid for it. after a few days I contacted them to find out when I would be waiting. finally the dress was not available. I PAID FOR A PRODUCT NOT AVAILABLE!! They have never given me a refund, and they didn't even respond to my emails. Crooks!!! They are stealing people's money

I ordered a dress from here and never got it, every time I try contacting them they say they’re waiting to get it from production even though on the website it says order complete and shipped. We never received a tracking number even though we continue to ask them. I absolutely feel scammed and disappointed. My party is coming up and I still received nothing from them this store. IT’s been more than a month the “2-6 days shipping is a huge lie” don’t buy from here huge scammers.

ESTAFA. Pedí dos vestidos (Orden 271508295020) pero ninguno de ellos me quedaba bien. Los devolví pagando aduanas para que llegase a Turquía, me confirman que les ha llegado y jamás me hacen el reembolso de mi dinero.

Ahora dirán que les contacte vía Whatsapp cuando llevo haciéndolo 3 meses. Se quedan con tu dinero y con los vestidos contestándote siempre que "te están transfiriendo al departamento de finanzas" lo cual nunca hacen.

SCAM! I ordered 2 dresses (Order 271508295020) but none of them fit me. I asked them for a refund and sent the package which they confirmed that it had arrived but they never refunded my money. I have been trying for 3 months to get someone to give me something back and the only thing they tell you via Whatsapp is that they will transfer you to the finance department (which they never do). They keep your money and the dresses.

I ordered the dress and never got it. They dont want to refund me! I sent them messages on whatsapp, i called them, they said that I need to send them an email. After I sent them an email they answered that I need to contact them on whatsapp which I already did million times. Now they just ignore my messages.

They deserve a negative star from me. Shame they even get one. They have literally take. My money and ran. I wish I read these reviews first. They continue to lie, refuse to refund me. I never received my dress. They never shipped it. It was never in stock. Feel totally scammed. They tried offering me a voucher and I said no I needed my money back. Still hasn’t happened. Do NOT shop here. Stay clear. Thieves and liars.

I have already initiated legal proceedings against this company, as I refuse to be defrauded. Allow me to elaborate on the details:

I ordered a dress from the website of Kiyafet Sepeti. Upon receipt, I found the quality of the dress to be catastrophic. The cut was poor, and the dress differed from the pictures displayed on the website. While such discrepancies might have been manageable if the dress would have been returnable, the company refused to accept the return just two days after delivery.

In addition to the quality issues, I encountered unexpected customs charges due to missing documentation that the company failed to provide. As a result, the package was held at customs for several days, causing a significant delay in delivery. This delay made the two-day return window even more unreasonable and unfair. A two-day return period is already ridiculously short and clearly indicative of fraudulent intent.

After contacting Kiyafet Sepeti, I received a promise that I would be issued a return shipping label. However, no further communication was received from the company. This appears to be a deliberate tactic to evade processing returns. One week later, I was informed that nothing could be done for me.

The over 45% negative reviews on Trustpilot speak for themselves, highlighting a pattern of dissatisfaction and complaints similar to mine. The company should refrain from posting any insincere responses here, as I have all the written evidence to support my claims.

In conclusion, the company's conduct demonstrates a clear and intentional avoidance of their refund responsibilities, resulting in financial and emotional distress for customers. I strongly advise against engaging with this company under any circumstances. Their practices are deceptive, and their customer service is nonexistent. Avoid Kiyafet Sepeti at all costs!

How DARE Kiyafetsepeti reply to my review to say that they do not have any record of my purchases to give me a refund when I have proof of their invoices to me. I would love to attach those invoices to my review but unfortunately there’s no way to do that on this platform. I also have WhatsApp and email correspondences over 2 months requesting a refund but they stopped responding and just read the messages on WhatsApp and ignore it. This is a tactic that they are now using to make them look innocent and devoid of all responsibility. You can’t even reach them on the contact number on their website. You hold on forever and it cuts off. And we are calling from South Africa. It costs us everytime we try. Maybe reply to your messages, give us our refund and we will take down our reviews!!

They don't deserve a single star I bought the dress I was waiting for it to come it never came I contacted them they said I can't choose another one I chose another one with a fake coupon I couldn't send them again I send to order it from Instagram it doesn't exist again I've been waiting so many days nothing ,,, this company is the worst and not at all Professional I am very angry I lost my money and not even a dress anything.... We bought 2 dresses from them in March after they promised we would get our order within 2 weeks. They were very responsive until they made the sale. Once payment was made, there were hundreds of excuses. Eventually they said it was shipped but the courier company was on holiday. We never got a tracking number (after many requests) nor did We ever get the dresses. We requested a refund, which they agreed to after 15days. It’s now May. We have been messaging, calling and dm’ing them but they do not respond.
Totally scammers! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !!

I received my dress today, it's very beautiful dress. It took a week to come. Just size up. There sizes fits smaller .

I had a terrible experience with this shop, and I urge everyone to stay away. Not only did they require me to send returns individually, but they also demanded I falsely declare a value of £20 when the actual worth was £200. After complying with these unreasonable demands, you never received a refund in your account. It's clear this shop is running a scam operation, taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Avoid at all costs!

Not worth even a star .. don’t buy from this company.. i ordered 2 dresses and didn’t recive it till now ( more than 6 months) and they don’t answer on e-mail

Order received after 13 days compraed to 2 to 6 days indicated on the site linked to a stock problel.
I had to change the dress model, but customer service contacted me and we found a solution, once the order was changed i received it within three days and the dress is amazing.

Very fast delivery, they answer fast via whatsupp. Dress the same as site, I love it!
