WHAT AN ORDEAL THIS HAS BEEN. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!
Back in April I contacted Kiwi Web Design to copy an existing website. I asked if they could have it up and running in a month and they said that might be pushing it but would do their best. Six months and over $10,000 later I have had to find someone else. They have NO IDEA what they are doing. The website was a total disaster. The new company that is doing it for us now said the code was a complete mess and would have issues forever. If they reply to this comment saying they don’t know us it is a lie. I notice the boss (Adam Hyatt) has given his company 5 stars in one of the other reviews below. They said the right words when I talked to them but did not deliver. I have lost thousands of dollars in sales also. BEWARE!!!!

I had made my own website back in 2020 - 2021, I was then tracked down by KWD from my website. They told me about the "Activate Tamaki Makaurau" fund and that we could apply for funding to do a new website and SEO. They told me not to say anything because it wasn't what the funds were supposed to be used for so kept it very hush hush.

I should have gone with my gut because it's been a disaster ever since and came to ahead today.

After the funding ran out they asked for more money to develop website which was clunky, always had errors and a totall waste of my money. They took money from direct debit after I asked them to stop.

I see I'm not the only one with the same experience however today when speaking to onw the owners he didn't seem to care, had a answer for everything and hostage took me and my website.

They don't send statements because they claim they can't, that's crap because we own a bookkeeping company and know how easy it is and important it is for companies to reconcile their accounts.

I got sent a disconnection request for my website in 24 hours.... And it goes on and on.

My website only worked half the time, I get quizzical emails I don't understand, it's your job to look after website and maintain!

I've logged a formal compliant with MBIE and have all the original copies of correspondence regarding the miss use of those funds. I can only hope you get investigated and stopped.

Poor Service, not customer focused and a bunch of money scamming fraudsters. I'm aware I've just lost 10k plus of website writing this as you'll probably just cut me off.

Be aware , they dont deliver what they claim

We found KWD to be a complete waste of money. we spent over 20k over the course of a year and nothing to show for it. We were expecting great results with the amount we were spending but decided to end our contract with them and bite the bullet with this one. Ive noticed they copy and paste the same reply to any bad reviews as well.

I got the website design for the company I own, called Kiwi website design, which is a full-service web design company in New Zealand. I am very happy with the service. I have a very clear picture of what I want my new website to look like. I would definitely recommend them to other businesses.

I have worked with Tom and the team on a number of website projects. They are great problems solvers and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for an affordable and technically minded development team.

Expect Nothing less than perfect with KWD.
Kiwi Website Design was a pleasure to work with. Amazing communication and skills. They provided me something unique and cool.

They are useless, I am did deposit for website design but they are not give me any services on their promised. After I rang them to cancel the project and request refund, WHAT they said,the person (Dan) from kiwiwebsitedesign spoke to me non refundable and I tell Him, where is the policy, term and condition. And also, I have Apply disputes from bank, what they Are responded to the bank,they did mock up website for me after I am request disputes. And also copy my own design!

Worst experience, bad communication and poor creative input.

We wanted to deal with a professional website developer.
Unfortunately we as a group off company's decided for KIWI..!!
This was really a big mistake, sorry gentleman to be so short and direct.
NOTHING moving with them only promises.
Yes we got from them ONLY FRUSTRATIONS and off course our investment gone!

Potential customer be carefully.

Have really enjoyed working with Kiwi Website Design. Always have a solution for everything no matter what you're looking for, incredibly attentive and actually do what they say!
