Im so frustrated with this chemist! I am buying a pharmacy only medication online from them. Everytime i order it i fill out the form with my ph number etc. I order in time for it to be processed and delivered when my last lot runs out. But i am finding it a very annoying confusing inconsistant serrvice! The first time i called them as requested and spoke to pharmacist. Got my package. 2nd time i called they took 2 weeks to get it to me, i had to kerp ringing everyday and the girl kept forgetting to send it. The 3rd time i rang and they saud i didnt need to call. 4th time its not sent again and i emailed asking why, reply i need to call! I mean you have my number its already paid for so call me! So now its once again going to arrive after i have run out! It is expensive medication, i will not be dealing with the chemist again!

I ordered online on 25 Feb its 10 March I still haven't received my goods. I emailed last week no response NZpost just sent me the tracking number seems like parcel was collected from pharmacy on Friday almost two weeks after my order.

I should have got my goods by now I have never had to wait this long. This was my first time to order though kiwi chemist n will be my last.
