KIWI = SCAM. No flight. No money.

I always book directly with airlines, but I found a really good deal on Kiwi and thought, what could go wrong if it’s just one flight? So I booked, I paid, and I received confirmation from Kiwi—but not the airline’s booking reference. I booked on May 3 for a flight scheduled on May 7. As I kept waiting for the booking reference, I decided to contact Kiwi. Their AI confirmed everything was set and that I would receive the PNR in the coming days. I’m still waiting.

I contacted the airline’s customer service, and they said, “Our system shows that the booking was not successfully ticketed and has therefore been automatically cancelled,” while Kiwi continued saying it was confirmed. After I sent the airline’s message to Kiwi, their AI bot said a human specialist would review my case, but that it could take more than 24 hours.

Which means that if I go to the airport in three days, I won’t be able to board that plane—and I may still have neither a solution from Kiwi nor my money back. Absolute SCAM. What am I supposed to do???

Stay away. Horrible experience

It was a horrible experience from start to end. They basically stole my money and there is absolutely no one to reach out to and help. They just push you onto different AI agents that solve nothing. This is a horrible fraud company that you stay away from. Use booking.com or book directly with airlines. Never use this company, it is not even close to worth the headache.

A week after leaving my negative…

A week after leaving my negative review, I received an email saying they would reach out. I’m still waiting. no follow-up at all. Every response IS automated, and real customer support doesn't exist. Avoid them at all costs, they won't help you. They still owe us over 1K. Rats.
