My cat doesn’t care for this product, he won’t drink from it. So I had to give him his old water bowl back.
The package arrived beat up, thankfully not the product inside.
The item took way longer than the 5-8 days as promised, ended up having to reach out to support and wait again more than the 5-8 days. Not very pleased with the entire process and will be returning.

Easy to use, easy to clean. My cat LOVES it for entertainment too!

First order I did not get the correct fountain and it also broke. Yet, I ordered another. So far it works fine. It took a very long time to receive each of my fountains?
Directions need to be a little more basic for some of us.

My cat Margot actually drinks adequate water and appears to just love the kitty spout.

I now have two more rescues and they have also taken right to the fountain. Im very happy with the fountain its ease of use and maintenance . It is more than expected. Thank you

Kitty spout is a very nice cat fountain. My one cat likes it very much. My other cat hardly uses it at all. I think they don’t like the light. I’ve moved the light to shine in the back facing the wall. It seems they will use it more now. The process of ordering and receiving is fairly easy.

My cats have water whenever they want it.

My cats love their fountain. It's easy to clean which I love! I had a different one from another company and it broke almost right away. I've had this fountain from probably 6 months or so and have had no issues.

I am really happy with this company. My product arrived promptly and well packaged and in excellent condition. It is an excellent quality product.
I was worried that my cat wouldn't want to use the Kitty Spout but she loves it.

Finally, I've received my package. However I cannot identify whether this is the August or September pack.

It took a bit for the cat to get used to the fountain. He's 15 years old. He got his nose under the spout, got splashed with water and refused to use the fountain for a few days. He's just a grumpy old dude. In any case, it's a good unit and works well.

Easy ordering, setting up automatic delivers, and a great product. I ran out of filters (I thought I had an extra, I was wrong) so I had to use a regular water bowl. My one cat used to drink out of my water cup, he stopped once I got the Kittyspout. Occasionally he would eyeball my water glass. Since I had to put it in a bowl he went back to drinking from my glass.

The best part is that it's so easy to clean. Also the intermittent fountain. You can let it flow constantly or intermittently.
He always drinks from the top left corner, I don't know why but he does. He's a tall cat and the height is just right for his size.

My cats love the kitty spout. They've always been bathroom sink drinkers, and sometimes they still ask Dad for that treat. But the have never had an issue with the fountain...no playing with it either.

And I love how easy it is to clean.

My cats seem to love the kitty spout and it's better for their health! The shipping time us ny only complaint because it seems to take a very long time for my shipments to make it to my home but outside of that one issue I would buy it over again and again!!!

Product works fine, but it took about 13 days to arrive and the box looked like it had been kicked around and there were dents in the bowl, still works though, aside from someone dancing on my package.

So far in the first two minutes my cat started drinking the water and stayed there playing by it and drank some more. No introducing it to him. He went at it right away.

I will see how sturdy this is and the longevity of it as time goes by. I will write another review in a few months.
