Got one of those cool basic t-shirts with fun prints. Went for a vibrant blue one. The actual color matched the picture, it's rich and saturated. And the print quality is great. Would recommend!

I absolutely love the "I Like Cats & Coffee and Maybe 3 People" print. I bought a sweatshirt and a hoodie in two basic colors. Received my order on the fifth day. I'm as happy as can be!

I ordered (ord# KIT-K6TO0VMWQUUV) a backpack for my granddaughter for Christmas. It's coming to me and I will wrap and ship it to her. The only feedback I got from this site was that they got my order. I have called 3 times and emailed twice with no response whatsoever. Their phone message says they have live chat. Nope. No where on the entire site is there a pop up chat. I would never recomment ordering from this place. If I don't receive my pkg within the 30 days stated I will be contacting my credit card company to remove the charge.

Personally, I've never had a problem ordering at the Kitten Rules. Delivery was a bit slow, but the products were of very high quality, so I was generally satisfied. Many times I ordered from Kitten Rules and always got exactly what I paid for :)

We got the clothes pretty fast. delivery is on time and accurate. My sister likes his shirts we ordered.

I've been a fan for Kitten rules store and always loved their clothes! They are of great quality and not to mention a very kind customer support! Have been enjoying my experience with them and they don't disappoint. :)

This is the first review i've ever written- positive or negative but i feel obligated to warn others about Kitten Rules. I too would rate zero stars if it was an option. BUYER BEWARE. Kitten Rules is a scam. I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter on 12/14/2019. The order confirmation made it seem that the item was in stock and was shipping to me. A week later i contacted them because i had not received any communication or tracking. I got a response that tracking was not available and it could take 7-30 business days to arrive. It never showed. I contacted Kitten Rules again and was told that it was "lost." My options were refund or to have another item shipped to me with free shipping NOT a discounted item or free replacement. I was told it would take 2-5 business days. Its now been 8 business and i've not received any communication from Kitten Rules and nothing has arrived. Its now a matter of principle.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience shopping on kittenrules. All their items are well described and shopping is made even easier with all the shoppers' reviews and photos.

The pusheen backpack is so cute, I have gotten so many compliments already!! It is big enough to hold a large wallet and makeup bag with room for sunglasses and such...the inner pockets help keep you extra organized. I love it :)

That's one of my favourite site for shopping.
If you buy from trusted seller everything will be ok.
Plus if u have a problem with your order the customer service will fix it really quick!

I ordered a few pusheen items from kittenrules as I only liked a couple of them so wanted to return the rest as the clothes were quite big so I needed a return address . I had enquired whether they can send me the return address.The matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently without any hassle from the support manager and sent me return address straight away to my email and I could return my goods . Brilliant customer service. I am always happy with the goods I purchase with kittenrules.
