Sent the wrong item, I am a size M and they sent a totally different item and size XXL! Customer service is robotic and really unhelpful. They will not send a replacement but ask that you return the wrong item for a refund... I live in the UK and this item comes from the US so that will take a while to return and be refunded. Not a good experience and for the price you pay, you can get better service elsewhere.
Rubbish website. Went to get some shoes. Shoes wouldn’t load, website crashes, shoes sold out. Waste of time

Ordered a pair of the 8th Street Gazelles. Following a 6 Month wait (this was fine and fully explained as a 'made to order' item) they arrived with a small tear on the suede.
Customer services provided two options:
A) A 10Euro gift card - the trainers cost >200...
B) Return and refund - no replacement possible despite a 6month wait...
Neither of these options appeal and are frankly poor from any genuine retailer.
You can log in, and you have to click many of this are you robot, so annoying, i hope they all dont wake up

I recently had a disappointing experience with KITH's refund policy. I purchased an item that didn't fit, and despite not being able to wear them, I was unable to get a refund. KITH's policy doesn't offer refunds under any circumstances and they aren't obligated to provide a reason. It's simply "company policy," which leads to an inferior customer experience.
Customers can't try on clothes to ensure a proper fit when shopping online. This issue is especially concerning for items that are ONLY available online. Most retailers understand this and offer full refunds to accommodate their customers. So why does KITH insist on keeping the funds? This policy, which is not fair or reasonable, is simply unjustified.
On the note of "customer service"... They have an automated chatbot and an email service that only responds around 4AM. I suspect that KITH is farming out their customer service to another company outside of the US.
Inventory system fails all the time. Leads to have orders refunded. Was never able to buy.

Trash do not buy from this company, it’s a scam never buy from this company items on the website do not look the Same in person. Looks cheap and small I ordered shorts with patch’s but received in the little shorts with sublimation print. On them

Won the raffle for the Jordan 1 Travis Scotts a month ago, DPD failed delivering the package. The reshipped it to KITH and they promised me a fully refund, but till today I am still waiting for that refund. The customers experience team are not even trying to help me. They just keep saying.. 'we will update you soon for further information'. Conclusion: one month later, no shoes and no money. All I am asking is a full refund a.s.a.p

Website very misleading I ordered a pair of trainers and the came in US size, No where does it make clear that the EU website still is US sizing then when you speak to customer service they are little to no help. Be very carful happy to take your money reluctant to give it back when they are miss selling.

Be careful before you buy… Kith do not offer refunds!! You’re either not able to return or they give you a gift voucher.
I bought some of the Kith Taylormade clothing and for such a well known brand (I have been to their shops in Miami and Paris) I couldn’t believe that they did not offer refunds. Shocking. Will not use again.

Kith was very helpful and swift with assessing the situation and refunding at appropriate speeds. I actually really wanted the shows so dissapointing that ups lost or stole them, but i extremely appreciate not being stuck in a vulnerable position due to their lack of professionalism in getting me my package.
