BEWARE OF FINAL SALE Items online. Ordered a pair of sneakers online, that were final sale. Took about it 6-7 weeks to receive the sneaker after being promised 5-7 business day shipping. Once arrived sneakers appeared to be B-Grade sneakers. Dirty, dented and filled with dried glue gunk. Reached out to the company, no attempt to resolve. Disputed charge with credit company. BEWARE OF FINAL SALE items, they are low quality and damaged.

Jas was the goat. Helped with a damaged item and made exceptions that normally do not occur. Very happy.
Their online inventory management is never accurate. You will be forced to pay for shipping and not get 60% of what you originally paid for.
Bought 3 shirts. 2/3 ran out of stock but they’d purposely ship the 1 item before telling you about the other 2 out of stock shirts. By the time they notify you of the out of stocks, they will tell you they already shipped the 1 item and will not be able to cancel the order or refund the stupid shipping fee.
I did NOT consent to this order. If I knew there’d be out of stocks, I wouldnt have even placed my order because $10 shipping on a $400 order was already stupid. Now I had to pay $10 shipping for 1 shirt. And if I want the other shirts that ran out of stock later, I’ll have to pay $10 shopping AGAIN - which I will not.
I am NEVER shopping on the site again. Please remind me what’s so special about this brand again because this one experience has made me swear off it.

The product is truly fantastic . The end to end experience whether at a store or on line is fun, consistent and exciting with its unique twist and always interesting . The response is positive whether a human or online .
I just received my 1st order from this site and the shoes are 2 sizes too small. It says they are a mens 9 but it’s most definitely a kids shoe. I just went on the site to try and exchange the shoes and now my shoes are final order smh I’ll never order from this site again

I love Kith but I live in Puerto Rico and shipping takes almost a month. The only thing I can complain about is if they used another shipping method like DHL or directly with UPS until the final delivery and not sending it to Usps, it would be great.
Great and fast customer service. There were quick to answer and resolve my question.
I had a unique situation where I had an old email associated to my Kith account. The customer agent was able to work and troubleshoot with me until a solution was found. The customer service agent was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was such a positive experience, makes being a kith customer that much better.
Failed to deliver to an address twice, which is not Kith's fault but their carrier's. However, Kith support made a huge deal about needing my ID and a new shipping address. I am not living where my ID's address indicates, and Kith refused to ship it there. Instead they reshipped it to my original address, failed again. The order said successfully delivered and it was no where to be found. Kith said it was successfully delivered to ... their own warehouse. They did not give me a refund for over a week after it sat in their own warehouse. I had to ask for a refund and they gave me a gift card instead which held LESS value than the order I placed by $20-30. Unbelievable support team.

I had an issue with 2 items that were final sale. The customer service that I received was very understanding and very good. I would definitely shop at Kith again just in the customer service alone.
I purchased a specific Jordan brand sneakers from this site Since I couldn’t find any in my size for retail .it took almost 2 weeks to get here like they ship them out from overseas , and when the item arrived . I compared them to my other sneakers of the same kind different color way from Nike …they’re totally off with the stitching , color of the material shoelaces , how is crafted in the box . I emailed kith NYC and sent them pictures . explained to them I purchase the same shoe on a different size from footlocker to compared the authenticity as. Second thought . and it’s totally different they’re not authentic Jordan brand Nike product that I wanted a full refund . Because they’re not offering the consumer legit authentics . Sandra a customer service agent from Keith blew me off saying that that’s what I ordered and they don’t offer refunds . No refund on the shipping and an $8 restocking fee …that they only give out e cards “ store credit “ like if I’m really going to purchase another item from them if I suspect they’re selling fakes . Funny return policy with no phone number to contact them directly . I know they won’t pass G.O.A.T for authcicty. I have no choice but to contact Nike to investigate and purchase several pairs and legit check them like they did Stock X for selling fakes . If they want to uphold their return policy . They should stated on their website that the sneaker they’re purchasing it’s not possibly not authenic to justify it .
