My first review wasn't very great. However my view of this company has seriously changed. I have received my order, but I now have two new fans. The company has gifted one which is amazing. This fan was ordered as a gift for a severely disabled child. Although she is younger than the recommended age she is not left alone with it. The original one has been used so much it has worn out. She absolutely loves it.
