Do not order anything from this company. They took my money refuse a refund. They make money off us people in the USA. A bunch of scammers is all they are. They can't even be a business and return 94.00 they knew they scammed from me from the get go. I've reported them to the better business bureau again..and have reported them the the police. Do not ever order from them. You'll get a kids tank top then they act like it was a mistake. I've been dealing with them for 2 months. I e hired a lawyer. It's worth the 95.00 just to make them come to the fort. They don't show up I get my 94.00. my little tank came from Joe Doe. Hahaaa dogs

This place doesn’t even really deserve one star. A flaming rip off. I gave them $75 for a coffee grinder, waited a month, and then received a cheap pair of child’s pair of socks from China. A flaming rip off- and what is up with Google phone? You can’t even talk to a legitimate person, and of course they don’t return your calls. Yes a total complete SCAM. Also worth noting, if you look at their address on Google Earth, you will see it is a single-family townhouse. Ain’t no way this was ever a legit company. How on earth can they continue to operate? Outrageous. Outright stealing from so many. Disgusted. Will be filing a complaint with the federal trade commission about these crooks.

For everyone who has been scammed by Kiteok.com, myself included, contact your credit card company and report this vendor as a fraudulent scam. You can get your money back that way. I did that with my credit card company and asked that they help prevent other customers from being scammed. My credit card/bank is flagging this vendor into their security department. You must do the same to not allow kiteok to do this to someone else! Do not alert kiteok of our action plan.

I must say that I been had, I ordered a Bluetooth for 79.99 well I got a tank top for that price like every body else I should of did my research first but lesson learned on my end. One thing forsake this will never happen to me again

This site is a scam site they are taking people money do not purchase they have scammed me for 80 dollars I didn’t have to be token on a product that I really needed I hope they get caught and put in jail

Horrible horrible company. I also got scammed and received a shower cap. How is this company still in business? I work hard for my money and tried to purchase a stroller and car seat for a baby shower: I’m out that money and I cannot afford to buy her a second gift. Terrible, dishonest and should be shut down!

This company is a Fraud. They scammed me out of 49.99. They sent an infant shirt instead of what I ordered in which was a case of coffee expresso shots. Don't trust this company. They lied to my credit card company in order to reverse the fraudulent charges by saying the item was shipped using a the postage label they use from an item I didn't order.

I honestly wish I could give them zero stars. These guys are AWFUL!! I ordered a ride on/rocker for my son over a month ago and it has yet to be shipped out. I’ve reached out to them numerous times with zero response. The item was $55. Thus, they have robbed me of $55. I should have read reviews first. Do not order from them.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would! I made the mistake and ordered two kayaks from here before looking for reviews. BIG MISTAKE. Disputing charges with our bank. In the meantime we got a shower cap 30 days later, guess kiteok ran out of tank tops.

This company is not USA made. It is not located in the USA. It has several phone numbers listed but non of them are working numbers. Everything is shipped from China. They take your money and do not ship what you ordered. This is a huge scam website. Learn from my mistake to don't buy from here. I wish I looked at the reviews before purchasing. I'm fighting the charges currently because they did not send me what I ordered. Save yourself the trouble.

This is a fraudulent company. Do not use them. I order a 4 piece chafer set for $79.99 and instead they sent me a keychain.

I wish I had read the reviews of this site first. I got scammed. Ordered 80 bucks worth of coffee and got a shower cap in the mail today. It's amazing that this site can still exist. No one in our government is watching, I guess.

I wish I could give them -5 stars. I have been searching for kayaks for myself and my son so that we would be able to meet in the middle somewhere and work on our relationship. So I searched all over the internet. I thought WOW! I have got to go ahead and order these before they are all gone. SMH WHY!!!!??? I always read reviews and do my research. However, I did not this day, so I ordered 2 pk kayaks w/ paddles for both kayas. Said it was a sale of some sort. Paid $95 on June 27, 2022. It shipped from china on the 29th. I recieved my package on July 12, 2022. However, it fit in my mailbox. My $95 purchase that Kiteok.com sent me was and ugly ass oven mitt.

It's actually kiteoks.com now, and there all several copy cat websites just like it, same prices, same design, same fake US address. I got my shower cap like others instead of a $130 subwoofer selling for $79.99. The item doesn't matter obviously, it's just a lure, and they send you some cheap crap in 30 days with a valid tracking number to fight against bank disputs. 3 months later still trying to get my money back from Amex.

kiteok.com is a total scam!! I ordered a suitcase for $54 & six weeks later received 5 very thin pairs of no show socks. The socks had my order number from the suitcase.

I totally got robbed for my money! Ordered an item worth $80 and got a little kid's tank top!! What kind of a joke is this site! Why are they getting away with this??
