Never buy from this company!!

Never buy from this company!!! I bought a chair for my home office that was delivered dirty then turned out to be uncomfortable after sitting for 1h. I wanted to replace it with another more expensive and more comfortable chair and notified them within 24hrs. They denied me even though it says on the receipt you have 7 days if there is anything wrong with the item. I will NEVER give them even 1 MAD of my money. Really, really bad after sale customer experience.

My experience with Kitea has been a true test of patience.
I ordered a mattress and pillows, but it seems my order decided to take a longer nap than I ever could! 😴
Every time I ask, I get the same promise: “Tomorrow, it will be delivered.”
But apparently, “tomorrow” doesn’t exist in their dictionary.
Customer service is silent, and no one seems to care that customers are waiting endlessly.
Honestly, I expected professionalism from a brand like Kitea, but what I got was promises, delays, and disappointment.
If you plan to order from them, make sure you have a lot of patience — you’ll need it! 🙃credibility shouldn’t be the hardest item to find in their place

The staff have always been courteous…

The staff have always been courteous and professional, but I am very disappointed with the way the administrative side of my recent experience was handled.

I had received a coupon but unfortunately misplaced the physical copy. I was informed that it still exists in your system. However, I was then told that it could not be reprinted or redeemed due to “audit” reasons. This is particularly surprising given that I made a purchase of over 50,000 and was willing to continue shopping.

I find it difficult to understand why a valid coupon already recorded in your system cannot be honoured. This situation has left me frustrated and discouraged as a customer.

I would appreciate a prompt response from your customer service team to resolve this matter.

Worst service

The post selling service and the phone service is a disaster. I am still waiting now for the second week and nothing fixed. Also, the reviews about their products will not be included in their site unless they are positive.

I bought a bed in Kita

I bought a bed in Kita. it fell apart in exactly 10 days. at first they told me that it was my fault, that I assembled it incorrectly. when I showed them the photos that they installed it and that the problem is not in the installation, but in the quality of the product, they brought me 8 screws, that I should fix it myself and that they would not do anything about it. I recommend avoiding the kite in a big arc. you won't save money, on the contrary, you'll throw it away because the products won't last. Petr Czech Republic
