Had an awful customer service experience with them, would not recommend to anyone that wants their kitchens installed professionally and without a list of mistakes. Their customer service team isn't helpful either, have a "laissez-faire" attitude and lack of understanding of how to treat a customer for high-ticket purchases.

Being an Indian, purchasing a kitchen in Germany is as difficult as finding a pearl in the oyster. There are many barriers but the language being the major. I have visited many kitchen studios but they made me even more confused as salespeople were not welcoming and preferred to speak in german.
Thanks to kitchX and the team!!! KitchX made buying a kitchen so easy and fast, it was a completely new experience for me to buy a kitchen online.
