Product was delivered late and your customer support is not on personal side You don't feel any appreciation and comfort as your customer. I will not become loyal customer to Kitchentime.

Where is my grill!
They said 3 days delivery, it's been 15 days now and I don't have idea where is my grill, they said it was lost on the way and they don't give any other answer. Don't trust them!
